Houston Pizza

It had been years since we last had dined at the Normanview Houstons. From the service to our meals, all top notch. Chicken Wings and Salmon dishes, Gordon Ramsey would be singing his praise.
A fabulous meal was enjoyed in a clean environment.

My husband had delicious pork cutlets, & I enjoyed the pork (2) souvlaki with both fries & greek salad. Server efficient & kind. Ordered all dressed pizza from here before, too, and didn't disappoint.

We came in for lunch today and had an amazing experience. Madi was our server and her attention to detail and attitude were the best that we have had in a long time. Our drinks were never empty and she checked in on us multiple times. We will be coming back based on her service alone.

Food was quick and really good. Everything was hot and tasty and didn’t feel like it sat under a heat lamp.

Ordered a medium steak and it came out really over cooked and more than well done. It was dry like a roast. I cried inside a little that this beautiful steak was even presented to me like this no juices it was very dry no flavor. I'm thinking it was a cheaper cut than what was stated and what we paid for. It was small and very expensive. Maybe only half a steak. I learned a valuable lesson today. Don't Go here! Go to the grocery store and just cook your own steak because the cook hasn't a clue.

The food was great and very well priced. I would definitely order from there again. I ordered out, so I am not sure what the service is like for staff dining in.

I had the grilled chicken breast with rice and Caesar and my daughter had baked fettuccine. The chicken for me was just enough and tasted awesome. My daughters fettuccine was huge and she went home with supper. She was very pleased as well with her meal.
Great environment and excellent service. Can’t go wrong with their pizza either. Highly recommend.

The food is always good here. The portions are big. This is one of the best places in town for pizza. The wait staff were attentive and friendly. The restaurant is nice. I would go back again without question.

Came here with my parents tonight. The service was good however I ordered the spaghetti and meat sauce and it was the worst spaghetti I’ve had in my life. The sauce was actually a GREY colour and the flavour and consistency was like a watery gravy. My fathers pizza was fine but my mothers meal wasn’t terribly appetizing either. Really quite substandard meals.

Very disappointed with my food and the service tonight. It used to be great food and service. My baked fettuccine was barely warm sent it back and it wasn't even hot the second time. The shrimp was very tough.
Had a hard time getting the attention of our server. Never got a coffee refill because she didn't come to check how things were until it was time for the bill. There was only 2 other booths occupied so it wasn't because they were busy

The best pizza and Greek salad in the world! Not exaggerating at all, it's pure perfection! Portion sizes are great and so is the service!

Pizza and lasagna are good so I ordered from there at least once every couple weeks for 15 years. They have some absurd policy where you can't order kids meals for take out or delivery so their suggestion is just to order adult sized meals for small kids. I'm not going to argue with them about it but this is terrible customer service and lost a 15 year regular customer over it.

Ya, definitely not a fan of this place. Terrible service. Rude managers and unfair to their employees. 1/10. Would not recommend this place at all.

Best pizza in the city and we always enjoy our time here. Went for supper with my family on Tuesday, our pizza and baked lasagna was amazing! We also got a complimentary ceaser salad for it being pasta night which as always was soo good. Our waitress Savannah was great, super friendly and gave us 10/10 service.

Absolutely awful experience. We thought we would treat our children to pizza supper and tried to order online. Well it not only cancelled the transaction, but also charged us twice. $100 later debited from my bank account the staff tells us they do not have our money, there is no order and we need to deal with our bank now. Will never ever order from them again!

Very nice place to stop for a meal the staff was great. Would go back as all was good meal was very well done.

Always consistently great food, all dressed best pizza ever, get banana peppers on it for a extra treat. Greek salad, yum!

Loved Houston Pizza normanview location for 30+ years but this new owner/management staff are just so rude whenever they make a mistake in my order they act like I lied or it didn’t happen. Not once have they apologized for their errors and there have been more and more of them lately! Tonight final straw I went to pick up my order only to have to drive back because they forgot to give me two salads. They were sitting in the kitchen window and staff hands them to me without even saying sorry! I can’t abide that kind of abuse any longer, after being a good customer for 30 years I won’t put up with their bad attitudes or their many many errors any longer. New owners/management/staff are a terrible bunch my advice go to another location!

Normanview Houston pizza used to be my favourite place. However after tonight’s experience I will never order from them again. I am vegetarian.ordered an all dressed veggie pizza and verified it with the staff member 3 times. When the pizza was delivered it was was an all dressed meat pizza. They even charged me an extra $12 for the extra veggies.when we called to correct we were told that she confirmed that it was an all dressed pizza.umm.no.then the manager said “ what do you want me to do about it? ” We said send us a new pizza, the one we orders.the pizza we got was a regular half cooked veggie pizza which I will not even try to consume. Disgusting pizza and disgusting service.

2 of my last 3 orders have had something wrong with them. Not necessarily big issues, but when I've called to ask about them both times I was blamed. Once the pizza toppings were wrong and I was told I must've given the wrong toppings because the person that took my order NEVER gets an order wrong. The second time was only getting 5 chicken strips instead of 6 and being told they're by weight not quantity even though it clearly says 6pcs. The food here has always been delicious so its disappointing the customer service is so poor.

We just had souvlaki & Greek salad takeout & was very disappointed. The garlic bread was old & rubbery & the souvlaki was grizzly. Big disappointment being as last time it was really good.

I dont usually write reviews but when I was at the Normanview location on Wednesday night. Me and my family was having our supper something just wreck our night, dont get me wrong the food was great, I would have given this a 1 star if not for the food.while we were trying to enjoy our food one of the servers just kept coughing and it just ruined our appetite. We all know that everyone can hear her because it was really loud and her cough was not dry it was wet and it sounds unappetizing. Her working while sick is just so unsanitary and she can spread it to anyone especially when we can see her coughing while grabbing the plates of the customers. Management should be more strick to employees working while they are sick. That coughing server makes me feel sick.

Ordered the large pizza combo for four. The pizza was fantastic with lots of toppings. Best Caesar salad in Regina.

Great food, always clean, wonderful staff and every meal I have had has been prepared with exactly the same level of perfection!

Food are great and their servings are huge. Their poutine alone is good for 2 people and not one unless you order it for a child. Great food at a very affordable price. We'll be back for sure.

Called around 6: 00pm and got put old hold for almost 15 minutes. I hung up and phoned back and the girl said it was very busy. I came to pick up my order and it was not busy. Only four tables in use. My order of course wasn’t ready yet so I waited. Two girls at the front stood there talking while my order was called out as being ready from the kitchen. I have been ordering Houston Pizza for over 20 years and the service at this location has been going down hill. Will be ordering from West Side Pizza from now on.they got this place beat on service and food.

Fast, courteous service, delicious food (I had the dry ribs and fries) and reasonable prices. A Regina staple.

This is my favorite pizza restaurant. I live in Saskatoon and what I travel to Regina I always try to stop here to eat. I think they change their crust however as last few times it has tasted a little different. When I lived in Regina many years ago this was my go-to place to. If you want good pizza I truly recommend this place.

STEAK EPIC FAIL. Requested for a medium well steak, but instead received a well done. It's very dry, non tender, hard to chew, and overcooked. It's very disappointing. Will I come back to this restaurant? Never again.

The food was excellent and the service was fair. The free birthday dessert cookie for my son was fabulous! I got a taste. Yum!

Ordered a pizza, paid for it and went to get a few groceries while my order was being made. When I returned to pick it up, another lady was working at the till. She asked what I had ordered and I told her and also informed her I had paid for it already. She gave me a look of doubt as if I was lying to her instead of checking the receipts which showed my order was paid. She made me feel very unwelcomed. The food is what makes this place good, not the service.

Little pepperoni and bacon pizza was making me wish I ordered a bigger one. Caesar salad is simply the best. Out waitress was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Houston Pizza in the Normanview Mall.

Flaccid fries and burnt pizza. This coulda been a horror story. Let me explain.

I live in Alberta but make annual pilgrimages to Houston Pizza when I come back to Regina. It's nostalgia - my family's fav restaurant when everyone was alive - and I was here.

This time, I ordered from the Normanview location. A pick-up order. I ordered a large Hawaiian and an order of fries, extra crisp w/ seasoning. Almost $40. Well worth it, I figured.

The order did not quite pass muster.
I called the location and spoke with Tyler. He can't make it up this time, but he will look after me next time I am in town.

Great customer service saved what could have been a really bad dining experience. Thanks, Tyler!
