I would like to take a moment to thank the staff at h&r block in Prince Albert. I’ve been coming there for close to 20 years. They’ve always been curtious and understanding when I’ve explained I don’t know much about my taxes. I would especially like to thank Tracy for informing me about the benefits of starting my rrsp. I've done my taxes here for the past couple years. Each year the staff was amazing, very informative and helpful. I highly recommend doing business with them, as they try their best to get you a full tax refund. They also provide replacement cards for the H&R Block Advantage Card for a very small fee.

I’ve used H R Block in PA for the last 16 years with no issues until this year. We always make appointments bc we know it gets busy. We had an apt for 2pm. Arrived at 145pm… didn’t get in to the tax specialist until 315pm. Beyond the ridiculous wait, I found the front receptionist very rude. She was ignoring clients standing at the desk, she said “I’m going to finish my retrenched first” when I was going to pay my fees. Even the guy I was dealing with said “you can’t do you’re own return without me signing off on it”. It was a miserable experience! And since I clearly am a gluten for punishment I had to make a follow up apt for today. Made it for 1pm… when I got there I was told the person my apt was with didn’t come to work. I asked my nobody thought to call her clients to cancel apts and the response I got “I don’t know anything about that”. Umm aren’t you the receptionist? So he said I could wait and maybe get in. I took time from work for an apt I made. I couldn’t wait. So I went to Liberty and was in and out in 20 mins… HR Block will never get my business again.
