It was OK the clothes are expensive and at the same time the collections small I was expecting more

Rolled in around 530pm on a Tuesday to do some shopping only to find the store deserted of staff. I guess they clock out early.store is open to 7? Very disappointing service, missed out. Won't be back.

Terrible service from the manager and clear lack of training for the tellers to be able to process a simple gift card.

Went there to buy a comforter that a lady told a member of my family about and when we got there we were told that that version of the comforter is not sold in the store. Earlier I had to ask for directions where to find the comforters. The first member of their staff directed me downstairs. The downstairs staff told me it was on the top floor above the main floor. I don't see a good future for this store.

Really high prices and what a large store on multiple floors and maybe 3 customers in the whole building. No idea how they stay open.

Ordered a dress for my daughter and when the package showed up it was an empty package with invoice. I have been in contact with Hudson 6 times and they keep saying they will get back to me in a couple days but in reality they scammed me!

Best place to buy clothes, or if you're like me and my best friend, watches galore. I also like that their prices for watches are not too bad if you feel for whatever reason you can not wait for an online order (say you want a watch for a gift and can't wait).

The store associates had great customer service and the store was organized. We saw that there were good deals going on. The downside is that there is no security at the door.

Found a good selection of clothing there, a bit on the more expensive side but you can surely find some good deals and affordable pieces. Got myself a decent Levi jacket on sale and absolutely loving it

Excellent selection of men's clothes and great prices. Very friendly staff. Weirdly, there is a button you are supposed to push to call a staff member if you want to use a change room. I did but nobody ever came so I just helped myself to a room. Ditch the button Bay.

Giving 5 stars for becoming bigger for selections on Nike hoodies/shirts. I hope this message goes to higher ups in Midtown location to even expand more Nike apparel! Always matching other retailers too for prices. I’m impressed though how a year ago y’all had barely any Nike apparel and I’ve noticed over the months you guys have exceeded more! Keep it going, Nike is HUGE and very popular! I like how y’all get in the fall and off-set colors such as gold, cream, maroon, turquoise, sage green, etc.which other retailers don’t do. I’ll keep being a customer if y’all continue getting in Nike apparel often! A dedicated customer!

Bought some womens clothes and had to return some that were too big. Of course, you tend to buy more in this place. It is nice to shop here for womens clothes, but bec the area is so huge, you end up having a back ache after shopping. Good deals and many sizes.

Little run down, difficult to find staff/help/an open change room. Actual products are mostly good, but everything being loudly on sale all the time sets an unwelcome

I love their clothing selection and home furniture and accessories but find it quite pricey

If you want nice clothes, this is the place for men. Good selection, great sales. Lots of theft though, so staff are super paranoid.

It's always nice to find a deal! I haven't been to this store in ages, and it's the same with a few more choices in clothing items for anyone!
