I do not understand why and how this company is still running. Poor customer service, poor quality, clothes they sell look like they have been sitting there for decades. With their apps being shut now, hoping the company also shuts down soon. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very hard to find an employee to ask questions. Sort of typical these days anywhere you go. Really, really limited selection of men's dress clothes. Selection of women's and household products is good.

Found some sandals here. Not exactly what I was looking for in colour, but are otherwise exactly what I needed. Hard to find sandals that are not flat or high heels. Lady at till was very good!

Place looks like a haunted house, not much going on, floor is cemented, some tiles, lighting is always a issue, felt depressing, don’t have much merchandise, compare to other Hudson Bay stores, especially Edmonton Hudson Bay is loaded, regina one look like a cheap copy.

I hadn't been to the Bay in Regina for 2 years during Covid.

I was shocked when I walked in, the store looked as though its CLOSING OUT!

The basement floor GONE, now only 2 floors. Shelves were bare, Clothing Racks few and far between, mostly for SALE items, Checkouts gone with only a few remaining,

I wont be back, it used to be my go-to place for ladies wear! I think it's on it's way out just as Sears

The lady at the counter said my Old Bay card would not work.so I was signing up for a new one. She FAILED to tell me it was Master Card OR that I would have to committ to a credit check. I declined but when I got home. I received an email saying my card was accepted. Now, they have all my info.where do I go from here!

Inside is dated, not alot of customer service, layout is rather empty and confusing. Good items just hard to find them

They are trying to survive and I want to support as much as I can but product selection has gone down too much. Hope it gets better when pandemic is over - if they can survive.

If u want help finding a good Mens fragrance talk to Val in the fragrance section. She really new her stuff and was very thoughtful. She let us take our time and wasn’t trying to force us into buying cologne. She was very positive and gave us her opinion on every fragrance which made it easier for us to make a decision. Once again thank you for the help Val.

Online ordering from here is really hit and miss. Ordered jeans and received a sweater? Even receipt said jeans. Then had to deal with 2 customer service ppl online and in person. They have really gone down hill. Also it seems like any sales online are just a tease, as there is no guarantee they have the item like the website said. The site has a problem as inventory doesnt seem up to date. Quick to take your money and then say they dont have it.

Meh.half the store was empty like they're going out of buisness. Prices are high and they have entrances shut and locked on the exteriors and upstairs. A huge disappointment. Won't waste my time here again.

Extremely disappointed in the service. I wandered around the furniture section for over an hour with only a glimpse of an employee saying he'd be back. I was ready to buy, but decided to take my almost $5000 purchase elsewhere. Come on Bay, for such an established company, your staffing and service are significantly lacking.

I had a good experience here. The store is really spacious with very polite and efficient staff. The clothing items are very high quality, but pricey. They're also unique. I tried looking for similar items at another similar store, but I didn't find any. You'll need to budget before heading here. In all, I enjoyed visiting.

Probably the biggest apparel retail space in Regina with multiple floors. Good collection but I observe a serious shortage of floor personnel. Since it's that spread out, very often (at least I find) a need of someone to locate things for me or to guide.
They need variety in collections and some more reasonable price

I had some of the best customer service at the Bay Cornwall Center. I was very impressed and thankful. I forget the ladies name but she worked in the watches dept I was shopping for sunglasses and she handled me like a VIP and really gave me amazing service.as well as the customer cash desk lady was great as well.thats in the basement.top notch service once again. Ill be shopping at the Bay more often. 5 stars to all who helped me yesterday.

This is hands down the worst Bay in Canada. They're so focused on theft and stopping shoplifters that customer service is basically non existent now. It's weird how aggressive they are about it. The service in the furniture department was terrible. A simple couch order turned into a nightmare. After finding out our couch was in 3 separate locations and couldn't be delivered within a reasonable timeframe, after being told repeatedly it wouldn't be an issue we gave up. Don't even get me started on the bed order we cancelled. After speaking to locals in the area this seems to be a common issue. They think "This bay is going out of business anytime" Which would explain why it sucks so much.

TERRIBLE STORE I shipped some couches to my house and they were supposed to come last Monday and guess what! There still not here. I’m just saying if you are ever going to get couches, NEVER GET THEM HERE

We love shopping here: the Bay has it all. The aisles are fairly wide for wheelchairs. 2 problems: shortage of helpful staff, and the washroom is disgusting.

The service in all other areas of The Bay has been very good. I give a one star review based on my expereince in the furniture department. They initially refused to take our Native Status card. When the clerk called the manager (Tim) and asked him we could overhear him say "Just keep telling them no. ' There is more to this incident but I will take that up with customer service via the 1-800 number. I suggest Urban Barn for good quality furniture and excellent service. I will be cancelling my order and buying a bed at Sleep Country. I am considering cancelling the couch too.

The Hudson Bay store is great until something goes wrong. Help for customers when something does go wrong is in the Philippines. Trust me they are of no help whatsoever. They don’t even try. I placed an order Dec 10th online. It was completely messed up. One item was canceled. Several items never did show up. The one item that did arrive was billed wrong. I was charged 35 dollars more than I should have been. I was told that the item that was canceled was actually delivered to my door and I refused it. I was also told that the two items that didn’t arrive were left on my doorstep and may have been stolen. My address for online purchases is a post office box. I have been receiving shipments from them to that box number for years. I live in an extreme rural area which is why I was ordering online. I told them that and they really could not comprehend anything that I said. I was told repeatedly that I would have to pay for the items. I will drive 3 hours to a city that has a Hudson Bay store. I will not shop online again and depending on my experience in the store I may just quit with the Bay. The Bay today reminds me of Sears before it went under.
I also find it odd that. In the past I have received emails requesting that I rate my customer service experience. When the experience is negative they don’t send those emails out. I guess they don’t want negative reviews.
I don’t think customer service should be outside of the country that the store is in. Where is the sense in that?

The website and staff says the Bay opens at 11 am on Dec 1 and then it doesnt open till noon. Very very frustrating why posted hours if they are wrong

I dealt with 2 cashier. Cashier who was at the men section she was nice where as other cashier was not even happy to respond me at the women section. Staff is not nice. Women who was at the trial room she just wanted us to do her work and was behaving like we are doing shopping first time. Finally I came back and ordered online so their staff can see at least 1 less client. Hope all the client should start doing this favour on hudson's Bay Employees. Worst staff. Not comfortable environment.

Its nice to be in Hudson bay but quite difficult to find both: your size in the clothes and staff members for assistance. Sometimes it feel like you are the only one on there.

If you've been to any other Hudson's Bay in Western Canada, including Saskatoon, you'll know that this is the location that Hudson's Bay sends all of thier products from across Canada that won't sell anywhere else.

This is where fashion goes to die.

I'm surprised people still steal from here.

Me and my friends went there to look at the furniture just for fun. We weren't doing anything bad or disrespectful but when we stopped to talk about where we would go next in front of the escalator that went upwards, he must've assumed that we were trying to go up it and came up to us and told us that if we tried to do that again that he would call security and have them escort us and then told us that we had to leave. Note we are teenagers and k know that this store is bad for kicking out teenagers for just walking around and looking. We weren't loitering and we also noticed that they had been following us around the store as we looked.

Good selection of clothes and usually good sales. There isn't really much like it left anymore and it is great to be able to try on a range of different clothes.
They lose points for being over aggressive in trying to get you to sign up for their credit cards

Not much of anything for selection, staff are harassing, keep an eye on you when shopping. Too much worry about loss prevention & you would think they would put beeper tags on everything if that is the issue. Not a comfortable atmosphere at all!
