Humpty's Family Restaurant

This Humpty's location is in a convenient location as we passed through North Battleford. The food was very good with a broad selection of menu items for both large and small appetites. I had the daily special (waffles, eggs, and bacon) which was a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Service was slow, unfriendly, didn't chat or smile. She messed up my order entirely after waiting an hour to even get my food. My husband said his buger tasted like charcoal, gravy was gross, pouting lacked adequate cheese. This used to be a good place to eat, I'm not sure what happened though. At least it's clean.

Exceptional wait staff that had to put up with the most obnoxious entitled people iv seen in my 49 year career traveling western Canada. Thanks

When we come to eat here we loving getting Mackenzie as our server (we also share the same name!), she’s our favourite and we always hope to get her. She knows what we like and she’s very attentive unlike the other ladies. If you eat here ask for her!

Went to Humpty’s for a late lunch today and what a disappointment. Ordered eggs and toast and eggs to be scrambled. Sadly it wasn’t scrambled eggs but rather that liquid they pour out of a box and call eggs that are full of additives. You would think that if you order two eggs you would get two eggs no matter what way customer wants them cooked and not this pretend egg stuff. Or at very least have the courtesy to warn customer that scrambled is not real eggs. Meals are expensive enough without paying for something you can’t eat.

The BLT is gross and soggy old tomatoes, too much mayonnaise. Don't buy the sandwichs but the burger fries and gravy are very good.

Ordered pan scrambler and when it came to the table it didn't look good started eating and it tasted awful. Looking like it's been sitting out and it was like chewing leather. Won't be going back to humpty's again. Better get a cook than know how to make food. This is in North battleford

Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. They were at the till but wouldn't even say I'll be with you in a moment. Once seated service was quick and food was good

We went in as 2 adults with 4 small children. 2 of which were in car seats and would not have been eating or out of their seats and were advised that we could not sit together due to covid restrictions. Some of these restrictions are going to far and if exceptions can't be made to them in such situations.we will not be returning.

Great Fish and Chips on a cold winter night when my heater quit working. Good people working here!
Never had Fish and Chips from Humptys before. This world is full of surprises.

Went here the other day, expecting things to be a little slower with everything going on. Had went in for lunch and hour after we ordered we had to leave as I had to get back to work. Had went to pay for our drinks and told the manager or owner, not sure who he was but he replied with " Well this isn't a fast food place so what do you expect ". Was quite shocked as I knew it wasn't going to be 20 mins in and out but to find out that our orders haven't even been placed in yet and started after 45 minutes was ridiculous. Place has gone downhill, and definitely wont be going back. Went to Boston Pizza the next day and had our meals and were out in 50mins.

Food came out barely warm and rubbery. Asked for it to be remade, waitress asked if there was anything else I wanted. I replied no, I want what I ordered but made fresh.
Food came back fresh but was the last time waitress came to the table.

Was decent, but I would say servers were understaffed. Waitress we had was pleasant but with all the running around naturally she forgot items we ordered. Food was good, prices were alil steep.

Service was horrible, waitresses young children were there crying and screaming and all over the place and the servers were paying more attention to them then customers. We were not asked if we wanted refills. They brought out one persons meal and 10 min later 2 more and the last two took another 5 min.

One star, I didn’t even eat here. I stopped in to use the restroom, and I was so grossed out I took time out of my day to write this review. You should be ashamed to operate this establishment and force your customers to use a washroom in such poor condition. The toilet seat was covered in urine, every crevice looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. I am not exaggerating this is the worst bathroom I have ever seen in my life

Food was soggy and undercooked. We were disappointed and didn't finish food. Waitress was very nice though so we didn't complain. This is our first time going in the evening, approx 9pm. In the past when we go in the afternoons, food is normally good. Not sure if it's a new cook or what.

Absolutely terrible food and an ugly experience. The waitress was rather abrupt and acted like we were a chore. Afraid she was going to growl at us. Then got nice when she brought the bill.
I had Salisbury steak. I asked if it was in house made. Was told it was. Its wasnt. It was a frozen hamburger with red onions.wrong.only white onions for Salisbury steak and the mashed potatoes I'm sure came from a box. Flavorless. The gravy was decent and the mushrooms cooked decent. Senior lady at next table had same meal and didnt eat. She was equally disgusted.
He had the pork cutlet.so dry it was like bark. Curly Fries are frozen packaged so they were average and the corn should have been left to cook longer.
We are going back to smitty's.

You get a decent sized amount of food and it was good. Service from table to food was a bit slow.another person that came in after us was served first.

Food ok. Scrambled eggs were most likely microwaved. Bacon and toast were good. Little potatoes were the frozen and deep fried kind. I took away one point because the woman's washroom was dirty.

Wasn't great, quick dinner, low grade food and was just barely ok. The place looked run down. Won't go back unless I'm in a hurry because they were fast.

The food is an absolute embarrassment to the franchise and the servers are incompetent. The owners should be ashamed and may god have mercy on their souls.
Definitely do not recommend, if I could go -3 stars I would.

The staff were friendly enough
But we had the specials and it was terrible
The bun was dried out the meat was burned
It was hard to get it down

Did not have the best service all our orders but one was incorrect.: (not to mention one of out sides never came until after we were finished eating.

Food was good, portion was large and my waitress was friendly and helpful. On warmer winter days watch for the snow and ice that slides off the roof and on to the sidewalk. Restrooms could be cleaner but I believe they are shared with the gas station so I'm not sure who would be responsible for that.
