Your silver shuttle van was parked along Vic Ave in fromt of the rooftop grill today, with half the vehicle sticking out and obstructing the right lane during rush hour. Multiple vehicles had to swerve to avoid it. When they finally pulled into the lane they didn’t signal and would’ve swiped my vehicle had I not sped up. All of us who had to swerve around your vehicle are lucky it wasn’t icy out today. This type of driving reflects very poorly on your brand and dealership. Please have a serious talk with your shuttle driver. He shouldn’t have been parked in that area to begin with as it’s an intersection.

I don’t live in Regina, and the city I I live in doesn’t have a Hyundai Dealership. This was my first visit to Regina Hyundai and I was very impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be back.

The staff in the service department are very nice and willing to address any issues you have, honest enough to tell you when they don't know or question/issue has to be addressed in another department.
I have some issues with initial sale & didn't even see the Service center/people.

I bought this vehicle new and I've had nothing but excellent service over the years from Hyundai Regina. I actually bought my vehicle because I saw how my parents had excellent service from the dealership as well with their hyundai. I especially appreciate it that I had an issue which would require further diagnostics and they laid out a plan to get it done bring it back at certain intervals, so they could diagnose the problem correctly. I appreciate the honesty that they were able to admit they didn't know but here's a plan to find out. Great team at Hyundai Regina, have not been let down and don't anticipate it happening.

I was helped by Kevin and Grant while ordering my GV70 6 months ago and they were there every day I had a question or concern while my vehicle was being built and shipped. Upon its arrival they sent me pictures as it was being prepared for me to pick up. This is not your usual car purchase experience. No pressure, no add on sales pressure, just honest help and advice. If I have a question, I send a text or a email and in minutes there is a reply. I am already referring friends and family to them.
Genesis Regina with Kevin and Grant has been the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had, I am 54 years old with many vehicle purchases under my belt.

There shouldn’t be sticker shock on an oil change. The service rep told me that the car was due for a level 3 service, and pointed to the laminated plastic sheet. The cost listed was $389.50. I thought that was pricey, but it’s what the manual suggests. So be it. But when I picked up the car, the price was $505.55. When I asked about the difference, I was told it was “shop fees. ” They have every right to charge what they want. I’d just like it to be a little more transparent. They did wash the car though. So that was nice. But didn’t clean the mats or the windows. I guess that’s not included in a $500 oil change. And neither is a fluid top up, because I ran out of windshield washer fluid on the way home.

Took the car in for an oil change on April 6 and when I was called to advise the vehicle was ready, I told the service advisor that I heard the rear brakes grinding at low speeds. Never received confirmation that they looked at the brakes.
However, 3 days later, was driving on the highway with my family when another driver motioned to check my rear passenger side wheel. We could see the wheel wobbling in the side mirror. Called road side assistance to get the vehicle towed back to the dealership and had to take an Uber home.
On Monday morning, I called the dealership to ensure they had received the vehicle and they advised they had, but hadn’t looked at it yet. At 4pm when I hadn’t heard anything, I called back and left a message for the service advisor. They called back shortly after and advised that the lugs on the wheel were all loose, on that one wheel only.
When I arrived at the dealership, I spoke with the service manager who refused to take any accountability or admit that there could be any chance that the issue occurred as a result of the work done at the dealership and insisted that it must have been something that I did.
The service manager then went on to act like he was doing me a favour for not charging me for this return visit and no further compensation was offered or even considered.
I have no faith in this service department and will be unlikely to take my vehicle there again.

Reid was very polite considering I wasn't very pleasant about how long my car was there. I was frustrated that even though I had an appointment my servicing didn't happen til hours later. I told him they shouldn't over book like that as its frustrating to wait all day for a simple service like oil change etc. He agreed and apologized for the delay even though it was out of his control.

We needed a reliable and reasonably priced used vehicle and I met with Grant J at Hyundai of Regina. Within several days, he identified a recent trade-in that would meet our needs. We arranged a test drive and found the vehicle met our needs. He ensured that several small things that he identified as necessary were completed before we took delivery of the vehicle. We have been a client of Hyundai Regina.
The worst experienced we have with them we felt harassed by Service Advisor Trevor of Hyundai.
So rude and mean no regards to the clients of Hyundai.
He does not value the Hyundai Clients.
We had an appointment for our car service just about to step in by the door. He asked with a raised voice “Do you have an appointment”? Even he was still assessing a car for service. He paused just to raised voice about asking our appointment and our car is out. The manner is mean and rude in treating the clients. We entered in the door because of the blowing snow and we can’t enter the car because there was a car ahead of us.
He should not be in the service department No customer service at all zero. Please Hyundai this a serious matter put staff that are able to have customer service that cares. We have not done wrong on our part.

My service engine light when on as I was driving from Manitoba to BC and so I called to see if someone could scan the code to see what the issue was. On the call, I was immediately transferred over to the service manager, Jeff and he said to bring it by. Jeff was friendly and professional as he addressed the concern with my vehicle so that he could hopefully give me piece of mind with driving it. I am beyond appreciative at the prompt and exceptional service I received at this dealership. I only wish that I lived in Regina so that I could be a recurring client of theirs! Thank you so much!

7 years 100.000 km warranty but they absolutely will not back it. 24,000 Kim’s on a 2018 Tucson and my muffler (which has never been on anything but asphalt) has broken baffles in it. Regina Hyundai will not back it! I’ve owned a Hyundai for 14 years but this is the last. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

After today. I would not recommend them they hid fees from me for fixing a tire. I had to wait for a month for A tire! How rediculous! Claim warranty on new tires.yet charge "100 dollar deductable" here's the kicker. I had to pay an extra 50 bucks to pay the tread I used on the last tire. Warranty my *** I still paid 156 dollars and wasted 4 weeks waiting for a new tire. Nope.not worth it!

I don’t know what to think… my elderly parents decided to come in to Hyundai to see what was available for a new SUV. Out of the dealerships in Regina that they have visited, they by far have never been more put off from any expect Hyundai of Regina. Not one person acknowledged their presence there, there were a group of people who I assume were sales people standing together talking with each other but couldn’t even be bothered to notice my parents, and my mom walks with a cane due to bad knees… the receptionist looked up at one point and then continued back to what ever she was doing.we thought we could see if Hyundai could redeem themselves as this also happened before around 2 years ago… at this point we are put off because of the fact that not one single employee couldn’t be bothered to ask if they needed help or if they had been helped! They even walked the parking lot and even still not one single sales person asked if they need assistance… for a company that prides itself on its quality and service, I find that laughable….

This dealership is truly why car dealers and car salesman have a bad name they are in it for the money not for the customer. I took a 2020 Tucson there with 17,000 km and they tell me that there is no warranty for a break issue that should not have happened to a car that new. If you buy I Hyundai Tucson don't expect any warranty service or customer service from these guys they're scammers. If I could give them no stars I would ridiculous.

Trying to contact you regarding a simple question & every option involves calling you. I don't want to talk to anyone at this moment. I prefer email or chat support. To me this feels like a hard sell sales tactic to get persons on the phone and try to sell more things or at higher prices. If I missed contact options then your site is not user-friendly. Grant was incredible with the process. We have done a few deals here but Grant was so understanding after a total loss of our previous vehicle. Ended up working out that we were able to upgrade two vehicles and have lower payments.

Adrian helped us with the financing and was very personable and explained everything to us.

We also use their service department for all maintenance. Overall a really good experience.

My husband and I had an amazing adventure with Hyundai of Regina! We went in looking for a new family vehicle and they worked hard to find us the best fit! We ordered a 2021 Hyundai Palisade and it has lived up to all the hype! We did not mind waiting for it to show up and has made life even more amazing then it already is! So I bought my Hyundai Elantra 2019 last year in September. When I bought this car the women who did my financing mentioned that if anything happens to my tires or rims I can definitely come to Hyundai and they will take a look for me because I got that Platinum Autoplus Tire and Rims Insurance. So from past couple of days my car started wobbling and I visited Canadian Tire to do an inspection because the wobble was making too hard for me to drive and I didn't wanted to take risk of driving in such condition. In the Inspection report they mentioned that my rear tires were wobbling and both the rear tires needed to be replaced. They mentioned there could be N number of reasons such as manufacturing defect, bad road conditions and so on. So I recalled that I had this Tire and Rim insurance with Hyundai so I just went to the showroom this morning and everyone looked so busy, so I approached the lady at the front desk. She was nice and pleasant no complaints regarding her but I told her that I just wanted to INQUIRE WHETHER THIS WILL BE COVERED IN MY INSURANCE OR NOT. OR IF SHE CAN GET SOMEBODY WHO I CAN TALK TO REGARDING THIS. She asked me for the person who sold me this car and I had a card which was given to me who did the financing for me so I gave her the card and she went inside and came outside and said that the other women is busy and had an appointment in 5 mins and is busy. I was completely fine with that and said ok as I just WANTED TO INQUIRE WHETHER I'M COVERED OR NOT. Then she noted my name and number and assured that somebody will definitely call me today and help me regarding this. I waited whole day waiting for a callback and here it's 10pm and didn't received any call. It's such a bad customer service experience she could've just asked or called anyone to help me out but she noted my number and ASSURED me that someone will call me. Since she assured me I left but here I am writing this feedback. I never went there with an intention of having a claim or anything I just wanted to know whether Hyundai will cover this or not for me. I have to wait for another day in order to find this out and then book an appointment and don't know when it will get fixed. My friend also had a similar kind of experience. He bought a 2021 Kona (I referred him to Hyundai since I bought a car myself) and there was some refund that was gonna made to him by cheque since there was some mistake in the final quote. He had to visit them 4-5 times over a timespan of 1 month just to get a cheque of his refund. Everytime he went there they used to give him a new date and when he used to visit on those days, a new date will pop up. Manager also provided my friend with 2 free oil changes after that which is highly APPRECIATED but why make your customers go through all this hassle in the first place.

A few weeks back we had planned to trade in our daughter's 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS for a 2019 Hyundai Elantra. When it was time to receive the vehicle it still wasn't what we'd expected so I went into the office and spoke with Sierra/Finance Manager where I inquired about the difference between that vehicle and a newer, lower kilometer 2020 Hyundai Elantra. Sierra crunched numbers and we were able to get our daughter into the newer, longer extended warranty 2020 Hyundai Elantra!

Then while there we had shared with Sierra that we had wanted to get my wife into a newer vehicle but understood we would more than likely be taking a hit on our loan as it was for more than the vehicle was worth, so were prepared to keep it a few years longer.
- we left to walk to the license issuer and upon return Sierra once again had crunched some numbers and lo and behold, not only could we trade in my wife's 2017 Nissan Rogue for a 2020 Hyundai Kona, it would actually reduce our current payments.

THAT entirely made our day!

A week later when I was driving my wife's 2020 Kona, I really liked the way it handled and was impressed by the roominess and extra features (such as heated steering wheel, lane assist, leather power seats, etc.etc.). Which was a surprise as I didn't care for the way the Nissan Rogue handled.

I text Sierra and asked her what she could do for us on my 2015 Nissan Altima to get me into a 2020 Hyundai Kona? Sierra for a third time worked her magic and we were now buying our 3rd vehicle from Regina Hyundai. Again keeping our payments close but that was expected moving up to a far newer vehicle with lower kilometers and longer extended warranty.

The all around experience has been terrific. Working with Rob in Sales and Sierra in Finance! Every little detail has been taken care of for all vehicles. Sierra was able to get us command starts in all three vehicles. Oil changes, internal leather protection, windshield replacement, etc!

Do yourself a favor and visit Regina Hyundai. No pressure sales! Superior customer support! You feel like a member of the family!

I had purchased vehicles from Hyundai in the past and between the salesman and the finance lady, I had a very unpleasant experience and was apprehensive about returning.   When we decided to trade my daughter's 2013 Elantra in for a 2019 Elantra, I was a bit concerned about going back.   There was a bit of a blip at first when the vehicle we originally went in for wasn't as we expected and we almost left without following through with a trade-in. Sierra came to our rescue.   Because of her knowledge, diligence and concern for getting the best deal for her clients, we managed to get my daughter a 2020 Elantra at a great rate with extras like command start and extended warranty.   After learning I had also hoped to trade my vehicle in soon as well, she found me a 2020 Kona in the color and with the features I wanted and put together a deal I couldn't refuse with a great rate and with command start, extended warranty and leather protection. At the end of the day, we left with 2 "new to us" vehicles.   My husband ended up liking my new Kona so much that less than 2 weeks later she put together another amazing deal on a 2020 Kona for him.   Rob was also awesome in explaining everything about our new vehicles to each of us.   He is extremely knowledgeable. Sierra and Rob have gone above and beyond for our family and continue to be helpful with any questions or concerns we have.   Because of their fantastic customer service and desire to ensure their customers are happy, Hyundai is at the top of our list the next time we need any new vehicles.   Thank you Sierra and Rob. We love our new vehicles!

The service department is horrible! Here's the scoop: I bought my car from Hyundai in the end of 2017 and the sales lady was really good, however, before I bought the car I said they needed to fix the low idle. They did not fix it but being that I was just so excited to get the car, and rationalizing that it was not a major issue, I didn't bring it up again. I have been taking my car to their service department since 2017 and I have been there multiple times in the last few years (not a great sign). Their service department has never been overly friendly or honest, but after my last experience I will NEVER return. Last week I took my car in for an oil change and for them to diagnose a noise from my back tires. My appointment was at 1015am but I needed to drop it off early so I called the receptionist at 730am to make sure it was okay to do so. She abruptly said yes, but being that is was 730am I brushed off the brash response. When I got there I was not sure that they would want my car in the doors right away, as I was so early. As I was walking inside to double check what to do I hear an "EXCUSE ME, do you have an appointment" (in an extremely rude and annoyed tone). I explained my situation, he told me to drive in, and so I did. I meet with the service guy who was obviously unhappy and who tried to push a number of other fixes and services on me. I left and went about my day until it was 2: 45pm when I still had not heard anything. Being that my appointment was over 4 hours ago and it was just for an oil change and a quick diagnostic I called to enquire about the status of my car. I was out shopping with my sister and if it was only going to be 30 more minutes or if it was done and they just had not yet called (which has happened multiple times before), I was going to get dropped off by my sister to wait. The receptionist put me through to my service provider who did not answer. I explained my situation to the receptionist and asked if there was anyone else who could just pull up my info and check the time estimate, to which she replied "well it's obviously not done yet if they did not call you" (in a tone enough to make your blood boil). I told her that was not true based on my past experiences and hung up. At 430 (over 6 hours after my appointment time for a quick oil change and diagnostic) I get a call saying it is ready and that I need rear brake pads and rotors. I ask the cost and the service guy says he will call back to tell me the price. He calls back and says its going to be $513.00 before taxes. At this point I was done with the poor treatment from Hyundai and so, I be honest, and tell him I am going to compare prices, to which he is obviously annoyed and tells me I will have to pay the $100 diagnostic (that's fair). I call three other places who quote me just over $400! As if the maltreatment during the day was not enough to move, then I find out they are charging over 20% more than other places in the city. I then go to pick up my car and they tell me my coolant is low. Umm.excuse me? ! Did you not just do an oil change that usually includes fluid top-ups? I should also mention Hyundai's oil changes are around $90. I pay, drive home, and pop the hood to see that my washer fluid was also not topped up. If the SERVICE department does not make some serious changes and start providing what their department name suggests, then they will continue to lose loyal customers like myself. According to other reviews of the service department, I am not alone.
