If you need specialty footwear, THIS Regina family-owned and operated shoe store is where you go. All of their staff are so knowledgeable and just really pleasant to deal with. Some days they are very busy, but they are so worth the wait. I've been going here for about 20 years and have never been disappointed with their service or their footwear.

Came here for the first time yesterday to purchase a pair of Birkenstock sandals for summer. I was welcomed when I walked into the store and the staff were very helpful in finding a pair that fit me perfectly. She measured my feet and found the right pair for me. This is the best service I have received in a shoe store, or any store for that matter. Will definitely return to this store and tell others about my positive experience here. Looking forward to wearing my comfortable Birkenstocks this summer.

The service in this store is exceptional. I bought a pair of Dansko walking shoes today. Staff are patient, knowledgeable and ready to assist. My feet are large and I have arthritis but they have good stock. I don’t live in Regina but I will be back to this store.

I've had issues with conventional shoes my whole life. The owner sat down and took a look at my feet and despite being a very complicated customer, patiently spent so much time to get me set up with shoes that let me be functional. Bunions, different sized feet, unbalanced gait, all assessed appropriately. I have never recieved better service in my life, especially from a very patient and reassuring man. If you need new shoes, you MUST come here. It is non negotiable. I have never had such incredible service. I have never felt so cared for, or listened to as I did in this store. It was a life changing experience stepping into Iannone's, because they took the time to find a solution for me and offer their undivided attention. They cut no corners, and spent over an hour fitting me and tailoring the fit to my specifications. What surprised me most was how affordable the solution they found was at the end. My deepest, dearest, and sincerest thanks to the family that make this shop a staple in our community for exemplar service.

Had the best footwear shopping experience ever. Tim Iannone went all out to customize arch supports that made a huge overall difference in my toe and foot pain. Also the Blundstone work boots I purchased were fitted properly and are holding up very well so far. I highly recommend Iannone's footwear & shoe clinic. It's hard to find service like this anymore.
