Idylwyld Medical Centre

My wife and I have been a patient of Dr. Daniel Osigbe since May 2023. We are very happy with Dr Osigbe. He is thorough and polite. Referrs when needed.
The staff there are very polite. And I like their online booking system.

They rescheduled me because I was late 10 min and they told me, we are doing you a favor? Unbeliveble, they even threaten me they will cancel my appointment if I insist on getting their manager email/contact number! Tax payer in Canada should be favored to get an appointment.what a world

This is a doctor's office that shouldn't exist and the doctor's in it.they don't stand by thier patience and create more complications that ever existed in the first place.
I will post.ore about them in the future.the doctors there are garbage, see for yourself

Worst reception I've ever dealt with at a clinic. They could care less about you and have 0 empathy for patients. 0/10 do not recommend.

Update on review: Dr. Osgibe is great, website has been fixed so you can book timely appointments. Hopefully phone troubles are behind them.

I had a physical booked with the male Dr. Osigbe. All I wanted was a checkup and his response was “it’s not my job to fix you. ” I then asked him to send me for testing to which he responded, “If your test results come back clear, you’ll have wasted my time. ” I got very emotional after this, he then handed me the test form and said “we’re done here, there’s the door. ” Lack of compassion from this man, very inconsiderate. I also received a missed appointment fee for an appointment I did not confirm. I’m sure there’s great doctors here but avoid this one.

There is a lack of professional, doctor to client, communication. Dr Daniel doesn't speak with other doctors to preform proper scheduled appointments especially when they are critical.
For having a shortage of doctors, Idywyld medical clinic accepts and dangle you as a patient to definetly not meet the needs required

The doctor was rude. Doctor O.did not have a good understanding of English and was not very coherent when it came to my situation and was not understanding at all, he did not want to help me. I was cool calm and collective and now I need a new doctor.

I visited recently for an initial appointment. There was a short wait, the reception was friendly, and Dr. Osigbe was kind, professional, and helpful. There is a pharmacy on site, but they were happy to send a prescription to a different pharmacy near my home.
