Very professional, repairs were done in a timely manner, I have no problem referring them if you're in need of auto repairs, give them a try.

Not my best experience.they spent an hour to verify what I already knew.and charged me over $200 to tell me that! I'll go somewhere else to have the repair done.

Would never go here again. Failed to properly torque my tires and then didn’t even bother to return our calls when contacted. Tire came off while driving. Shockingly bad service all around.

He was very transparent, friendly and informative. The other staff was great too, they were very welcoming and helpful in assisting with everything. I was passing through on the #1 highway and had a battery issue. I pulled in to get help and that they did immediately. It was a minor issue but they didn’t even charge me. Awesome people with great service which is hard to find these days. Thanks so much

As a frequent customer & I'm not the only one, I would think that if you want me to continue coming back that you would do something for me besides taking my money.
A customer spends hundreds if not in the thousands for work on their vehicle, so why can't you maybe give the vehicle a wash.

Best vehicle buying experience, hands down. Local, community owned, friendly service, friendly staff, I should have purchased at IH Chrysler 4 years ago. Just do it!

Bought 2020 Ram 2500 Power Wagon, nice truck but plagued with electronic issues. Back up camera and radio quits, vibration in eco mode, flashing lights on dash, doors wont unlock when standing beside, and remote start distance is terrible. A 100$ prostart from Canadian tire works better. Some problems were addressed but still left standing outside pushing fob button, sometimes have to use key and set alarm off, these problems have been around sunce 2010 and Ram still hasn’t fixed! Big disappointment, General manager said to take to a different dealer because they couldn’t fix, way to go Indian Head Chrysler! Never buy Ram product again! Dealer keeps taking down bad reviews! Environmental is easy way out, both my Toyota’s work parked in same areas!

Everything was taken care of over the phone or via email to protect all involved from the virus. The staff where friendly and helpful from the get go. When all the paperwork was taken care of I felt strongly that any questions or concerns would be taken care in the future.

Eddie had everything ready for my test drive before I had even arrived, they were flexible and worked with me to get the vehicle I really wanted. The only downside I would say is that the process took a total of 5 hours, at which point I had spent majority of the day waiting in the dealership. Overall, pleased with the experience.

The staff here are very accommodating. They brought the car I was interested in purchasing out to us and let us test drive it. Would definitely consider buying from here again. All in all this was the easiest purchase I ever made!
