Infinite Water Solutions

Just curious, is anyone else having issues in trying to get their system annually maintained, as is stated in the contract? Been waiting since May 2023, several phone calls later, it's now Nov 2023?

They were very fast and professional when they came to do a service call. The tech was super friendly and polite in trying not to make any mess in my home. I really appreciate him going above and beyond. And he apologized for when he got to my house even though highway was terrible and I didn't have any expectations on his arrival. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience with Kalen from Infinite Water. Two other technicians had recommended replacing my water softener and RO system, quoting me $3500. Before making a decision, I reached out to Infinite Water for a quote and received a quick response from Kalen. After discussing my situation, I discovered that my existing systems could be fixed instead of replaced. Kalen promptly sent Hendrik, a skilled technician, who resolved my issues for just $150 (plus tax). This saved me thousands of dollars. It's reassuring to know that trustworthy and honest professionals like them still exist.

Scam! They con me into buying a water softener and r o system when I couldn't afford it.owner lied to me when I tried to cancel saying I could cancel at anytime. To try it for six months I could still cancel I believed him. Silly me.

I had a really good experience with them, their customer service is fantastic. Ill be coming here soon.

Absolutely love my new infinite water system. Anita was so passionate about her water and so helpful when it came down to exactly what we wanted and needed and most importantly, what we could afford! Absolutely recommend this company and staff and most importantly our water!
