Called to make an appointment for a haircut. Did not specify which hairstylist I wanted and got paired with the newest stylist. I wanted 1.5 on the sides and some weight taken off the top and back (i have medium length hair on the top and back). I received a 2 on the back. My sideburns and back were not evenly cut, and there is a very visible dent on the back side if you look from the side. Definitely the worst haircut I’ve had in years. To her credit, she gave me a discount on the haircut.
There was another stylist in the salon. I’m not sure if there’s an apprenticeship arrangement but there was definitely no oversight of any sort.
If you come here and get a new-ish stylist, I will advise you to be very directive with what you want and pay attention to what you’re getting. Be ready to butt in with instructions when things start to go awry unless you want to wear a cap until your hair grows out again like i’ll have to.

First place in 4 years that I have gotten a good haircut. And they didn't charge an arm and a leg to do it
