Would be 0 stars if I could. Got my notification my package was delivered.l. The picture showed he left it at the front door. This is a business and we are closed on Sunday’s. When I got there it was not there. This company really has to explain to the drivers what an open or closed sign looks like. There was no respect given towards his job. I will be in touch to see what they are going to do about this.

This company needs to train their drivers to look at house number as well as street name when making deliveries. Three times now, my package has been delivered to my street number but on a different street name. Their website indicates that if you do not receive your parcel that you should check your neighbour’s doorsteps. We’ve all heard of packages being stolen off doorsteps and yet, they’re encouraging us to engage in suspicious behaviour. Why is the onus on the customer to run around the neighbourhood looking for their package when thorough training could be provided instead?

I was very impressed with the delivery boy's speed and kindness. He was very prompt and delivered the package in a timely manner. He was also very kind and courteous throughout the delivery process. I would definitely recommend Intelcom's delivery service to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient delivery service.

I wish your drivers would just read the multiple signs I have to not ring my doorbell. I have dogs that bark and they wake my baby. Today's drivers literally moved my sign off the doorbell to push the doorbell. Do the delivery drivers not know how to read?
Also I have reached out by email and will not change anything without a resolution.

Frustrating! They tried to deliver on a Sunday which I missed since I was not home. We requested to have it delivered on Wednesday instead. I stayed home all day and waited for my parcel that never came. Phoned them if they can deliver it the next day since I will be working again on Friday and for the whole week the following week. Again, they wasted my Thursday waiting for nothing. Phoned them again and requested if they can deliver it on Feb 1, my only day off. I hope it gets delivered. This is very very frustrating. And they don't have a pick-up point at my place.

My package was delivered even sooner than the supplier estimated. Very happy with delivery service.

Deliveryman was too lazy to leave the package on the front porch and ring. Instead, he has thrown the package from far.

Terrible service on a parcel that keeps going to the wrong address and no way to let them know what the correct address is. It is ridiculous that for 6 days now I keep getting notified that I will be receiving the package in 3 hours and it never arrives. There is no way to contact anyone through email and have been on hold with the phone 3X for 15 minutes or more and no one answers. I have listened to "please hold your call is being registered" dozens of times and nothing happens.

Brutal service have had packages damaged, missing and even said that they were delivered or attempt to deliver when this was not the case 0 stars

There was not a time for the pickup but it all worked out could use a little more time from the time of the knock on the door and person leaving my door.

I just watched a intelcom delivery man open my front lawn gate, deliver my package and then walk out without closing the front lawn gate. Really? Too lazy to shut a small gate? So now my dogs can get out of the yard. I saw the playback from work on my video cameras. NOT professional. Now I have to drive all the home to close my gate.

Above all other delivery companies, I think this company is outpacing the rest. I love that they take a photo at time of delivery and just how prompt they are. Have never had an issue! Super impressed. Usually on time or earlier.

I scheduled a pick up return package today, no clear communication between the driver and customer service. Even called their line, no one picked up!

Delivery always on time and the agents are always polite and courteous. This is my favourite delivery company

Not good place for work, very toxic environment, illiterate people in management as they misbehave, not professionals, specially Jason very rude towards employees

The package was in good looking. The post-lady was in uniform and knocked my door politely to confirm whether the package was handed to the receiver. Nice service!

The delivery person walked up and threw the package at the door. I was at work so I could not intercept him but saw him throw the package on the video doorbell. Called the company and was on hold for over an hour without being able to reach anyone. Very poor service.

This was taken at 2: 25pm outside my 13 story building.this guy didn't even come inside to deliver to the correct floor and he lied about the delivery time. Whoever was supposed to get a delivery also has zero clue this sticky note is outside the building.

Dealing with this company has been the worst experience of my life.
Everyday for 4 days they said they attempted delivery, they did not. I spoke to customer service numerous times and one time we were told your at 2: 44 on the phone your package is #76 on the drivers list and he just delivered # 73 so it should be there soon. When I got home and checked on line it said delivery was attempted at 2: 11? Someone is not telling the truth.
Was also told the driver could not find the building. It is a canola crushing plant with a sign on the road as big as a house.
Two days later still not delivered.
Don’t deal with these people they also apparently have no managers or supervisors available to talk to ever.

Driver realized he had delivered wrong package and was back within 10 minutes to make correction.

Amazing experience. Every product I've ordered through Amazon gets routed through intelcom, and I can't complain. Packages get delivered to our door on provided date, with great tracking both through Amazon and their website. If this is your first time using or hearing about Intelcom, don't worry, they're amazing!

I cannot rate this business poorly enough. I highly recommend it never be used as a delivery service. My packages are consistently delivered to the wrong address. I have been personally apologized to 6 times and promised it would never happen again. I live at ### EAST Street Postal code. The drivers in my experience cannot comprehend the word EAST and deliver to a house 4 blocks down. They did this on a Sunday where they are "Closed" for deliveries so I cannot even contact anyone. I am expecting packages for christrmas and now I have to reorder and reship. This is disgusting please don't not appologize anymore and just fix the problem.

Driver rang the bell and even waited to see me before going on his way.
Driver also left the package in the mailbox as opposed to some driver living it on the front deck.

I was surprised that the driver came this morning with all of the snow we received. He also waited after ringing the doorbell until I answered the door rather than dumping the carton in a snow bank. This was greatly appreciated! Well done! Thanks.

They are one of the better ones not like CANPAR which couldn"t even bring the parcel to the door, they left it at the corner of the house 20 feet away from the door. I wish Amazon would use Intelcom all the time, I am very impressed with this company. Also they keep me informed by E-Mail that the parcel is coming and even knock on the door and E-Mail me when delivered. Thank You for your great service. Don Stelter

I was supposed to receive a package a week ago. The tracking on their website is not up to date, the chat function disconnects you before you can chat to an agent, and calling them reveals that they CAN see more information than the tracking site, despite their own website claiming that customer service cannot see any more information. Everything about this courier is inconsistent. I despise that Amazon sends all of their package through this courier. Sometimes they deliver on time and sometimes they don't. There is no depot to hold packages safely, they just leave them out in the open. I am avoiding ordering from Amazon because of these flaky couriers that they choose to use.

Great service. Courier guy drop the parcel on the safe place and also called on phone number for the delivery details. Realy impressed. 5 star for that guy *****
