Jay's Transportation Group-Saskatoon Moving

Ordered a dishwasher through Costco, Jay’s Transportation did the delivery. Their online system was easy to use to set up the day and easy to confirm date still worked closer to. The delivery guys Duane and Matt were awesome, very polite, careful moving the item and I didn’t feel rushed looking it over the item and signing. Quick delivery, and professional.

I used Jay’s to move me from an acreage into Saskatoon in May 2023. I was happy with John, the management person I dealt with and the service of three young men on the two moving days. The movers were professional and very competent. They took great care in handling the boxes and furniture as well as ensuring no damage occurred to the interior of both houses. In a couple instances, furniture did not fit as I had hoped, however with immense patience, the movers problem solved with me to find workable options. I would definitely use this company again.

We were very pleased with the movers that Jays sent, all three were very polite and were very professional in moving all of our furniture etc.to the new location without any problems. The weather that day with the wind was -35 and none of them complained or slowed down, Jays are very fortunate to have professional movers such as them working for them. Horrible experience with Jay’s. Can’t make a schedule with exactly time. The operator girl is also so rude and without any patience. The only thing she did is making troubles rather than solving problems.

We had a washer and dryer from Costco delivered today and the two guys who did the delivery and installation did a really great job and were very friendly! I was amazed by how they brought the new ones in and brought the new ones out like a breeze. I wish I got their names. Oh man what a physically demanding job, I hope they are being paid well!
