Original 1 star review on Dec 15th a few days after I walked into the store to get work done and do some purchasing but was completely ignored sending me to Rings and things where my purchases and repairs were completed, except for a custom ring...

They took my ring and sent it away for repair. They quoted me $250 for the work, 4 weeks later, I get call that the cost for the work will be $1050 dollars. I declined the service. Its now been another week and my ring hasn't been shipped back...

I'm always impressed with the professionalism and customer service I receive at Victoria Jewellers.

I wouldn't recommend this jewler because employees dont know anything about gold silver diamonds etc.very slow with computers and any paper work (dropped a gold chain off for cleaning and had to wait an hour for them to find my account and 8 days...

I stopped by Peoples Jewellers today looking for a birthday present, I was helped by a lady named Christa, she was so nice and very helpful!
