J&H Builderts recently rebuilt our basement after a broken water line damaged (4) rooms. Insulation, vapour barrier, drywall, flooring & baseboard were replaced.

Scott & his team evaluated the work, materials & timelines required, then carried out the project as promised. The schedule was a little over (5) weeks long, all the trades arrived on site when booked & completed all work in a timely manner.

It was a pleasure working with Scott & the J&H affiliated trades as they were all professional, respectful & strived for an above average outcome.

There end product looks awesome & we would readily recommend their team to others.

We've just had a carport built at the back of our house. The whole process with J&H Builder's was great from the start. Scott helped us with the design and the plans and came up with a design that fit our budget. Later he was very good at supervising the work of the sub-contractors at every stage to ensure that we got top quality. It has been more than 3 months which we placed the order and there is no infor updated for us when our window could be in production. We had hoping the manager could contact us and assist us. It is really frustrated. The order number is 506755. Will update the status and my feedback when someone could help.

I contacted this company to get a quote for a garage. After following up multiple times I've still not received my quote 2 months later.

Recently our family had the misfortune of experiencing a kitchen fire. The majority of our main floor was dramatically impacted. We chose to work with J and H Homes on the rebuild and I am so glad we did.

My partner Matt and I recently purchased a garage package (rafters, plywood, fasteners, and tin siding) from J&H and we are not impressed with the service. They appear to be experts, but couldn’t order any of our tin until we gave them exact measurements so we built the building, provided exact measurements and were still shorted trim. When we went and asked for the extra piece of trim, we were told we had to pay for it because we should’ve read our quote. As people who do a fair bit of building, we assumed a company who builds RTMs could provide us with what we needed based on the measurements we provided them. They also shorted us Tyvek. And when we arrived to pick things up we had to load up our own trailer as no one seemed interested in helping out. I recommend driving the extra distance and getting your supplies from Warman Home Centre or Zak’s Home Hardware in Hague.

Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time by far! I called to see if they could recommend someone to fix a built in window blind that had come off its track. That same day Garrett (from J&H) came out to have a look. He said he thought it just needed a replacement slider, a couple days later he was back, with the part and fixed it within 10 mins. He was courteous and so helpful, fixing it without me even having to call to have it serviced! We will recommend J&H to everyone we can and will be doing business with them in the future!
