Wife and I ordered the chicken curry, it was awful, probably a cup or more of oil in the bottom of the container, potatoes were undercooked and flavorless, the spring rolls were really good though and would go back for them. Overpriced too

Phoned in a pizza order. Asked 3 times if the special was buy 1 get 1 1/2 off. She said yes. After an extra 20 minute wait, paid for pizza with no discount. Said i never qualified for the offer. To top it off, told her 3 times no onions on the all dressed, and there were onions on it. Very disappointing because i had her read the order back to me on the phone to verify everything, including the discount.

Zero service. 3 orders in front of us didn’t even get put in. 20 mins and no service. Walking around like there is no one in the building.

Horrible service

Very disappointing. The service was very slow, sushi was flavorless and the rice was dry. Our other dish was also bland and my daughter ended up chewing on a hair she found in it. When we notified our waitress she laughed and said sorry then walked away. Highly recommend you save your money and go elsewhere

March 04,2023 Waited 2 hours for sushi to be told they don’t have it anymore, two soggy bowls of ramen and a pizza the size of my face.noddles were tied together in one bowl and mush comparable to mashed potatoes. Somehow forgot our order and waited until closing to call and ask if the food was delivered. Do not recommend.food looks amazing on the website but just another place with no personality and way to much variety to produce quality food. Sad

Absolutely terrible! I hate leaving bad reviews but this was the worst experience ever. Waited 45 min for take out. Forgot my items. Paid $70 for food that wasn't even enough for 3 people. Very small portions for the expensive price. Tasted mediocre at best. One of the worst restaurant experiences ever and I work in the industry. For a restaurant in a small town that relies on repeat business you definitely won't be around for long.

The Lemon Chicken and Spring rolls are practically the best I've had. Mixed vegetables were nice too and sushi was good. You can't get much better than this in the Area in terms of food.

Very rude management. I happened to ask on their Facebook account that they post their menu for single pizza versus 2 for 1 prices. Did they answer me? No? What did they do? They blocked me so I can no longer access their website. The week before I criticized them for advertising on the outside sign that the Buffet was open on Saturday when it was cancelled. I drove out there for nothing. How hard is it to take the sign indoor when you cancel your buffet? Very disorganized. Treat customers like dirt. And they expect business! I am sure other restaurants in the city will appreciate their customers a lot more than Jirafa on Main St, Humboldt.

Their buffet is from 11-2. Went for lunch buffet at 1215 and 50% of the dishes were gone. Sat for 30 minutes hoping for more food to come out, they brought more noodles and veggies eventually. For $20 per person, definitely not worth it. Will not be back for the buffet again.
