I have put off getting a few cross stitch pictures framed because I didn't think I would have the money to do it. I finally called J&S last week and they told me to bring them in for a quote. I picked the pictures up today, and I am beyond thrilled with the service, quality, price and friendly staff. Oh how I wish I would have done this two years ago! Thank you so much for everything! They look amazing! I highly recommend!

I dropped in about 4pm to have the glass replaced in a painting. I ask how fast could get it back. They said, "Have you got about 10 mins to spare? "
Sure do! It took maybe 10 or less. And she put on a better hanger clip too!

I had the best experience getting a painting framed here! From the minute I walked in the lady working was so helpful. I showed her a picture of the idea I had in mind and she showed me so many different frame options they had, and helped steer me in the right direction with her expertise. It turned out even better than I could have imagined! Plus there is nothing better than supporting a local business Will definitely be back if I need anything framed in the future.

J&S went above and beyond to fix a major issue with an old map they had framed for me some years ago. Even though they had used UV quality glass, the map faded badly - to the point I could no read the original hand-written labels. This was apparently due to the poor quality of the paper used by the map-maker, the sepia ink on part of the map and the fact, I understand (I hope correctly), that no UV glass can completely protect the item behind it. To my complete amazement and delight, one of the staff at J&S scanned the original and worked utter magic in bringing back the faded original sepia and black ink drawings and J&S added new UV glass. I now have the framed scanned version which looks absolutely amazing. This is a map of sentimental value to me so I am so grateful for the effort and quality work that J&S put into this - at no charge. Thank you J&S!

Excellent service and quantity work. I had a great experience with my first quote for custom framing being out of my budget so they showed me some frames already prepared as another option. The frame I selected was perfect for the print and the finished product was beautiful. I highly recommend bring your prints here to be framed.

J&S did a professional job from start to finish. They knowledgeably helped us select a period appropriate frame for our antique map, matted and framed it expertly, and went the extra mile mounting the mapmaker information and verification certificate on the back of the framed map. We would definitely have them do future framing for us.

Easy to have canvass board pictures framed, nicely finished at the backside too, and affordable.

Would have liked more choice in selection with the ready-made frames.

Got a custom frame for a painting done here. Perfectly done, it is expensive, but I can assure you, you will be getting every pennies worth once you see the result. Definitely my go to for future custom frames.
