Had some parts shipped to me in Montreal - customer service is excellent, really appreciated Teresa's efforts. We had a few hiccups with the order, but Teresa made sure everything got sorted out. Pro shop - won't hesitate to deal with them again.

Our company has utilized JS truckmart many times for hard to find and discontinued parts. It's a great alternative and resource for quality used parts. Everyone from accounting to sales are always helpful and friendly!

I purchased a used engine with a one year 100% parts and $1000 labour warranty from Jeromie in Estevan. Was told an 08 engine, it was actually an 05 that was sent. It needed modifications to fit, and repairs that I was told about. The shop performed the repairs and modifications with the understanding that there was a warranty in place, since i had paid for it, and had an invoice for it.
Long story short, the engine is junk, even after the repairs.
I was lied to, misled, and I just paid $7800 to put a boat anchor in my truck.
They then tried to sell me a reman. Engine, and reimburse me for the previous engine and warranty? Another $4000 difference.
Just give back the warranty premium and cancel the warranty.
I refused, so Bob Herrington tried to Bully me, offering $1000 warranty and $3300 invoice reimbursement for the $7800 I’m already out. Then hung up on me when I said I’ll be taking legal action.
Got an email from Jeromie, suggesting I look at my invoice, and saying there would be no more contact.
Not acceptable, Robert.
Lack of communication comes from talking when you need to be listening.
Buy somewhere else, Anywhere, Else.
Save yourself the money, pain, and suffering.
People like this don’t get to treat consumers like that.
I’m going ahead with legal action for total reimbursement of all costs, as well as legal and associated costs.
I’ll also be reporting to the BBB.
And following up with more reviews.
Fictional warranty, and garbage product.
I’ll add to this as the legal process progresses.
Also, I am really questioning the rating score.
I’ll bet it’s corrupt.
It was the only reason I used them to begin with, and will be requesting a review.

I placed an order for exhaust assembly for my car. When I called them to inquire about the parts. They said they have parts. I made the payment. After 4 days they are telling me that we don’t your parts. Parts people should check their inventory before taking anyone payment. Really disappointed with the service

Ordered calipers from these guys on-point one of the best part dismantlers, included was hardware and lines that's how a proper business runs will order from here again!

They have lots of parts, just don't rely on them shipping it to you in a timely fashion. Take them a week before they can even get the part ready to ship. Only use them if you are local imo

Truck mart they are the best I purchased a motor from them and after 7000 km the motor had to be rebuild and they stepped up and refund the amount I purchased motor for so great guys

I had been given their number from a local wrecker in my area. A bit hesitant calling another province for parts. When I called and spoke to (was it Jeremy) he made sure that I was ordering the correct item. 3 components to my issue, but he narrowed it to one. Rec'd part very quickly, less than a week i think. Installed and works wonderfully. Very happy with service. Thank you very much

I ordered a transmission control module and received it in good time. It turned out to be the wrong one but the staff was friendly and willing to correct things right away.

Need a truck part baby they got it if not they can get it nothing like hearing a rebuilt engine roar to life.

Blair is basically incompetent, takes forever to call back if he even bothers, shipped me a truck cab that was supposed to be insurance quality but arrived heavily hail damaged, says he didn't look at it before it was sent. Agreed to an $800 refund and then refunded $760. Also bought an engine that showed up with a broken bolt in the block, manager texts me "SORRY, WE MUST HAVE MISSED THAT" Poor customer service!

I’ve ordered a few times from JS Truckmart and they’ve always done excellent from finding me the parts I need to getting them shipped to me, their customer service is beyond great, I’d recommend them for any of your used parts needs.

When my car got towed they clearly took it bagging through a field as the odometer was odd and the engine now has a new chugging noise and click, and squeal, the engine bay smells of dusty hay, and my cab is filled with dust that someone else wiped clear from the windshield the fan no longer works, and my belongings in the glove box were left on the floor by whoever went through it. Might as well have left it running with a steal me sign, they probably would have treated my car better.

Ordered a diff from them. It was as described and in good shape. Price was good and shipping was fast and cheap. I'll order again if they have a part I need.

Bought some parts I saw listed on Car-Part and had them delivered to the US. There were some issues dealing with the currency exchange, parts were damaged during shipping and parts did not show up as described on Car-Part. HOWEVER, JS Truckmart stepped up and made things right in the end. Molly was great to work with from the start. I would buy from JS Truckmart again even though there were issues.

Have to give these guys 5 stars! Needed a axle for my truck, didnt have one in stock in estevan but a southern supplier had one. Perfect problem solved. Gets shipped receive it in a few days go to install it and it was wrong was marked wrong. Call jeremy and with in a day the proper one was shipped and all was covered. Will Definetly be calling them again when i need parts!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place, good prices, excellent customer service from Jeremey at the Parts counter, got my parts to me promptly, and in great condition. Definitely recommend this place from your smallest to biggest repair.

These guys are awesome! I had been looking for a sunroof for my car. Every other company else I talked to was too lazy to help me out, or would tell me they couldn’t do it. JS Truck mart went out of there way and ended up shipping the entire roof panel to me so that I could get every part I needed! Plus they made sure to get the best possible shipping prices for me and did an amazing job at securing the roof panel down so that it could not be damaged during transport. Definitely recommend these guys! Will be doing future business!

Worst customer service. When I was asking details about shipping an item, they just told me they have other customers on the line and hung up!

Top notch quality A+ service. I buy from a lot of “used auto parts” stores. I have only had to deal with a handful out of the US- hands down JS Truckmart was the best. I called JS truckmart and spoke to Jeremy mid morning, inquired about some parts and he called back in little to no time and had the items all boxed up and ready to ship! Talk about professionalism at its finest! I got an email for my invoice, inquired about the tracking number and not even 10 minutes go by and Jeremy already replied to me with the info I needed!
