Jubilee Ford Saskatoon

Recently purchased a Toyota Venza. Bruce Boa was supremely helpful and offered all the information we needed to make a good decision. We didn't feel pressured and Bruce was very open and willing to answer questions. I'm very pleased with my new car.

Test drove an older used vehicle and it's apparent that these clowns will sell anybody anything. The garbage not even roadworthy just to make a couple bucks stay away from this dealership.unbelievable experience. The wyant group is horrible

Had some work performed here over the past couple days. Excellent service from the service writers, shop foreman, customer service representative, and even the sales staff were happy to answer my questions/shoot the breeze for a few minutes while the complimentary Uber was on the way. I didn't deal with the parts department directly but as usual they pulled their weight. Bill was reasonable all things considered. I am one happy customer. Thank you to the entire Jubilee Ford team. You guys are awesome.

I went to this center just for a test drive, but ended up getting back home with a brand new car:)
The sales agents (Jared and Jeremy) were so helpful and patient in explaining all the details and options, and more importantly they did a great job in building trust with me as a customer. They were so knowledgable and expert, and carefully addressed all my questions and concenrs regarding my purchase. The financial agent (Phillips) was also very helpful in explaining all the financing options and additional packages and services like extended warranty.
As far as I know, some car manufacturers face shortage which might take them a couple of months and sometimes years to deliver your car. Surprisingly, it was not the case with this center. They had different Ford models available at the store, which was a great opportunity.

Went through the most horrible experience.literally they tried to cover up their mistake 9n their quote, by adding up new price items to the quote paper that I had signed originally.

Moreover, they were trying to sell a car that had clocked 1440 kms at a price similar to that of a brand new one!

Felt cheated!

Attempted to sell my 2017 Ford escape to them and have reached out a few times even got quoted and not once have they called me back when stating they will. Clearly they only care about taking your money not giving any for selling a Ford vehicle back to them.

Ford jubilee mechanics did not fixed the engine trouble of my 2004 Ford freestar. They changed all the spark plugs but did not resolved the issue. They want to charge another diagnostic fee of $160 to figure out the problem. They even have to send their foreman to fix the windshield wiper that they disabled. Merlin Ford fixed mthe engine problem and changed the sparkplug to cylinder #3

I was looking for an SUV. I phoned Jubilee Ford and was connected to Jared. Furthermore, I told him what I was looking for and by the time I drove across the city. He had three options selected and waiting for me to test drive. I found my new SUV and left a happy customer. Thank you, Jared!

We get a F150 2018 model it is truly fun to drive and drive my mom around the people at Jubilee Ford were truly very helpful the salesman was very helpful and kind and the financing department was truly very helpful and kind we had a very great time at Jubilee Ford and the truck is truly awesome and the staff that Jubilee Ford are truly helpful I had a good experience. ️

I was well taken care of when I got my oil changed for my Ford escape. Plus I got a free car wash. The price was cheaper vs taking it elsewhere.

Took my 2018 Ford F-150 for an oil change and to have some recall work done last week. Booking the appointment was relatively easy and the telephone agent was very helpful. Service at check-in was great and coffee available while you wait. Service agent was also great. Shuttle service was great with friendly drivers. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because they don't offer a car wash as part of the service - they do however provide a car wash card but I have to say, I think Jubilee Ford could learn from other premier dealerships that getting a clean vehicle back after an oil change is top-notch service!

Jubilee Ford went above and beyond when it came to getting us back on the road again after we had an air conditioning compressor fail on us. We walked into Jubilee at 9 AM. They diagnosed the problem, got the parts in and had it fixed by 2: 30 PM. I have never had a problem fixed this fast before without having an appointment, the parts already in and the problem already known.

Great experience. They were able to fit me in very last minute, as I broke down while driving through town.

Travelled here from BC and had our truck unfortunately brake down being a stressful situation the service lady at the desk Krsyta was the most rudest unprofessional human being. Not only did she have the worst attitude towards us she was also yelling at her co-workers. They replaced a part that wasn't suppose to done and it was under warranty she refused to accept it and began arguing with us the conversation escalated because her expressions and attitude, never felt so upset in all my life, not being from here and being left stranded was not a great situation so her adding to our stress and aniexty was not kind or helpful. I gave 0 stars to her and her unprofessionalism. Not impressed at all.

I give 5 stars to the service manager Michelle who actually helped us, was willing to work with us, was more than kind and I appreciate everything she did for us!
