My young son and I were in Saskatoon and his phone wouldn’t update. We were going to give him one of our older ones which also wouldn’t up date. We went here and Jared was the kindest and most helpful person. We left the phones there and he had to work extra hard to get them updated while we went to our medical appt. The service we received was amazing. We were treated with the best customer service possible. Thank you to Jared! Jump.ca you have an amazing employee here!

Came in to get a screen protector for the girlfriend and we were met with absolutely stellar service, politeness, and efficient regarding customer care and understanding. The process was quick, easy to understand, and KK even installed the screen protector for us while we were in store.

The staff where great, needed to replace a broken phone and the staff where very knowledgeable. Liked the no wait time. They had us in and out in record timing. Got a s21+ today. I was in quite the pickle with my cellphone situation. Dillon from the Brighten location is an absolute beauty. I could tell he must of had a busy day and yet he had a great sense of humor and was very professional! Totally an A+ employee when it comes to customer service as i work in costumer services as well.

Needed my AirPods repaired, got new ones within 2 business days - no charge. Would definitely recommend!

Customer service rep was very helpful and did not make me wait around. I appreciated that. That atmosphere was also a lot better than the experience I had at the Preston location.

The store was pleasantly designed, but the service we got was not! Lazy staff. Don’t care about customers. I will never go to that store again. Totally careless of customers needs, not willing to resolve any issues. I strongly don't recommend them.
