Explanation of deals to upgrade my phone were good with one exception. I asked if i needed to know my apple ID to change phones? No. I did need it and had I known that, I would’ve written it down from my password keeper before the phone transfer. Not a huge deal as i could access it from my computer at home. The right answer would have given me access to all apps immediately.

Beyond that, all was great

After receiving a call from Jump about some offers, I dropped by. I was greated warmly and the rep that I spoke to answered all of my questions. I did take them up on an offer and am happy with my new phone.

Needed upgrade was given options got explained how my plan would change and what costs would be very good service

All was explained in an easy to understand manner.he was very friendly and polite. Very satisfied!

The were great with helping me with everything I was looking for and keeping me informed on any changes with my bill or my products

Scam Artists. The south location sent my mother here in search of a phone that they didn't have in stock. When she arrived she was told the 50$ activation fee would be waved, if she signed up through them instead of through Sasktel at thier location- and then refused to sell the phone through Sasktel. Why is that an issue? A few reasons; 1) They said that she would be "saving money" by going through them as the activation fee was waved, but the phone would then come at a cost.and 2) They valued that model at over 1000$, when the market price is roughly 400$ and Sasktel has it offered as a free upgrade. Go to any other location of jump, or just any other company- but don't bother going here.

I came to this office and they refused to give me new sim card without any reason and they don’t know how’s to talk with customers

Neethu was very helpful and patient. I got the phone I wanted plus everything was clearly explained to me.

Was able to switch my account with ease and was able to keep the same number. Also purchased a screen protector which the associate put on for me.

Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Went out of their way to help us. Fatimeh was so nice, she name my grandson's day.

Derek, was awesome. Friendly, quick, good product knowledge. Left my phone and my phone info was transferred over, screen protector and case were installed. Picked it up an hour later ready to go. Great experience.

Jatin was excellent to deal with at Jump, the SaskTel store on Quance St. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. I rate Jatin and Jump the highest 5 stars!

They helped me immediately. No waiting and explained everything. Very simple and also added other services I was interested in. Didn’t feel like I was bothering them asking too many questions.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I cracked my screen protector. They gave me the record of receipt and info to apply for the warranty while also placing a new one on my phone for 25% off.

I truly can’t say enough about the incredible experience I had with Nick at the East (Quance St) Jump.ca location.

Not only did Nick answer every (stupid) question I had, but he made me feel comfortable in asking them (Every. Single. One.), which resulted in me walking away with a better suited phone for my needs than I otherwise would have.

Customer service of the level that I experienced with Nick is a rarity (if not unheard of), so:

**Hey Jump.ca! If I could find an employee like Nick for MY business I’d be counting my lucky stars (and giving him a raise before someone else stole him from me!)

I broke my phone before my contract was done and needed a replacement. I spoke with Aneri on the phone earlier in the week and her customer service was excellent. She provided options and was supportive both on the phone and in store when I came in for the replacement with my two young kids.

Catlyn was very helpful. He tried to fix my old iPhone, then ended up setting up my new Samsung. Thanks for the knowledgeable service. Bill Pearce.

Attempted to buy a new phone at Jump. CA. First location on Quance had no stock, they recommended Grasslands and a phone was put on hold for us. When we arrived at the Grasslands Jump. CA location, they informed us that our phone had just sold and unfortunately they were too busy with other customers to order another one for us. Rude and not interested in customer service. Avoid Jump. CA.

Staff couldn’t care less about helping. Walked in ready to buy a brand new phone and left in under a minute.

Stopped in and was in a rush. Staff took care of me instantly with outmost professional attitude. Good place to do business.

We really like this Jump.ca location. The staff are kind and helpful. It has been our to go place for cell phone related matters. Only blemish was that this last time they did not have what we wanted in stock and had to get it from another location. This meant having to wait an extra day.

Jared asked what I needed and told him and immediately offered what was available, I accepted and he immediately did What I wanted and it was quick and didn’t have to wait around.

Totaly disaapointed with yhis because they rip off my friend in front of me the guy charge port fee$40 for their new number cant belive it

Getting new phone service was easy but I wasn't given the passcode for my voicemail (or told how to get it). Aside from that, the service rep was very friendly.

Not sure that ladies name who i was dealing with but she was very rude and had terrible customer service. Will not being going back to this location. Very disappointed.
