Explanation of deals to upgrade my phone were good with one exception. I asked if i needed to know my apple ID to change phones? No. I did need it and had I known that, I would’ve written it down from my password keeper before the phone transfer. Not a huge deal as i could access it from my computer at home. The right answer would have given me access to all apps immediately.

Beyond that, all was great

After receiving a call from Jump about some offers, I dropped by. I was greated warmly and the rep that I spoke to answered all of my questions. I did take them up on an offer and am happy with my new phone.

Scam Artists. The south location sent my mother here in search of a phone that they didn't have in stock. When she arrived she was told the 50$ activation fee would be waved, if she signed up through them instead of through Sasktel at thier location- and then refused to sell the phone through Sasktel. Why is that an issue? A few reasons; 1) They said that she would be "saving money" by going through them as the activation fee was waved, but the phone would then come at a cost.and 2) They valued that model at over 1000$, when the market price is roughly 400$ and Sasktel has it offered as a free upgrade. Go to any other location of jump, or just any other company- but don't bother going here.

I truly can’t say enough about the incredible experience I had with Nick at the East (Quance St) Jump.ca location.

Not only did Nick answer every (stupid) question I had, but he made me feel comfortable in asking them (Every. Single. One.), which resulted in me walking away with a better suited phone for my needs than I otherwise would have.

Customer service of the level that I experienced with Nick is a rarity (if not unheard of), so:

**Hey Jump.ca! If I could find an employee like Nick for MY business I’d be counting my lucky stars (and giving him a raise before someone else stole him from me!)

Thanks again for all the help & getting me hooked up with my new phone this weekend Nick!

I broke my phone before my contract was done and needed a replacement. I spoke with Aneri on the phone earlier in the week and her customer service was excellent. She provided options and was supportive both on the phone and in store when I came in for the replacement with my two young kids.

Attempted to buy a new phone at Jump. CA. First location on Quance had no stock, they recommended Grasslands and a phone was put on hold for us. When we arrived at the Grasslands Jump. CA location, they informed us that our phone had just sold and unfortunately they were too busy with other customers to order another one for us. Rude and not interested in customer service. Avoid Jump. CA.

We really like this Jump.ca location. The staff are kind and helpful. It has been our to go place for cell phone related matters. Only blemish was that this last time they did not have what we wanted in stock and had to get it from another location. This meant having to wait an extra day.
