David was most helpful today. New screensaver installed and got great advice on getting a new battery for my iPhone. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. I treated him to a baking treat from Cobbs as he was so friendly and helpful!

Had some issues with an online order, chose this location to speak to someone in person, and the issue was rectified in a timely manner. Was appreciated.

This place is a default for me…I don’t even think about going elsewhere for anything mobile related.
Having default places makes things simpler…and they never let me down.

David was very informative and through, he explained transaction step by step and gave me the chance ask any questions I had. He even stayed a little passed the end of his shift to make sure I had everything I needed. Thank you David and Mr. Parker.

Harry was awesome to deal with when it came to getting my zfold, he checked plans and availability and assured me they would have a phone in for my wife within a week. It turns out they not only didn't have the phone but told us they couldn't finance a second phone. I'd call this business in bad faith.

Was time for a phone upgrade, staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made it a very pleasant experience!

Claimed they didn't know how to help with the situation we came in with, the two associates on staff spoke to eachother in their native tongue in front of us. One got snarky with my husband.
Ended up getting the problem fixed at another location who were more than happy to help us out.

Staff @ Regina South (Nicholas) was very friendly & helpful! Getting new phone / changing phone plan is a process, but was very well taken care of here.

Great experience, listened to our wants and things we didn't want. Helped us get the price range we want and wasn't pushy trying to make us spend more. I'd rate our experience a 4.5 the only reason I wouldn't do a 5 is because he was a bit speedy so it was sometimes hard to pick up everything he was saying to us but overall great and we felt good leaving the store with our new phones!

Extremely patient and personable, took the time to tell us about the phones and plans that would best fit our needs. Wasn’t pushy with the insurance/warranty plans. Just overall, super accommodating. Will definitely go back again. Thanks Robin!

Switched to sasktel and am saving about $40 a month from what my previous provider was going too charge for same upgrade

Maria has a great Customer Service skills. She’s very knowledgeable in all aspects of her job. We’re trully satisfied with the Service she gave us today. Thumbs up for her!

Ashley was the second person I dealt with at Jump.ca in Harbour Landing. Both were excellent! Ashley took the time to review the contract, provide options, & ensure I understood it. She also gave me a few pointers on organizing the Home Screen & ensured that my SaskTel webmail worked properly.

Upgraded my phone last night. It was the smoothest transaction I've ever had with a tech store. Dennis was knowledgeable, friendly and FAST! I was in and out within a half hour. The store was decently stocked and staffed and EXTREMELY CLEAN. All Covid protocols were followed! Thanks for a wonderful experience!
