Excellent service. Everything clearly explained. Printed off old receipts for warranty claim. Did not have to wait to be looked after. Upgrading phone did not take long. I have always gone to this store and will continue because of their great service.

I called in just to see if they had an item before making the trip in. I said I would be in to pick it up and even though I didn't ask her to she had it set aside and it was a quick, easy, helpful and friendly experience.

Super freindly and knowledgable staff. We have been going to this store for years and are always happy with the staff and service.

I got a good on a great phone with friendly staff, however I wish I was given a better dataplan as 5gb is hardly enough for a day nvm a month.

Took my phone in today because it wouldn’t charge. Fast and friendly staff! Purchased a new screen protector and they put it on for me no problem.

I observed staff at Jump.ca for about 25 minutes and was initially a little late for my booked appointment and was behind two other customers. I watched as two other staff gave one of the most patient and carefull help to an older gentleman whose smart phone was clearly beyond him. The young lady was very friendly and thorough and tried her best (while likely he should have upgraded the phone!) but nonetheless was giving fantastic customer care! She directed other staff to care for the customers waiting and my problem was addressed by your technician. Very impressed by the service and the staff on that day especially her but I did miss her name. Will certainly be back and highly recommend you pass this on to them all.

Had someone go in for me. Went to the one on Main Street Moose Jaw & it was to busy but up at jump was fast & easy. The girl was cool haha she was nice my mom said. Store looked great

I know these are challenging times but not being able to see or touch a phone you will be spending a grand on is not good.

I wish I knew the name of the girl who helped me with my phone this afternoon. 5'2", shorter dark hair. Very pleasant and helpful. She has helped me before and I just appreciate her patience and helpful attitude.

Watch out we were in this store buying a contract and we were after the 60 dollar a month contract and zero down phone and the employee was trying too tell us that we would only would get unlimited texting in moose jaw and we would be charged for each text out side off moose jaw, and if we wanted too text outside of moose jaw unlimited we would have too sigh up for next plan, this happened around may 2018 I knew it was a scam but I never said anything too him but then I thought I might as well share with the public don't fall for this if the plan says on your agreement unlimited texting you are good as long as it is in canada.
