Jump.ca Lawson Heights Mall

While getting a new phone and plan set up here, I had a constant stream of issues that the staff were perfectly happy to work through with me. Couldn't imagine better customer service

Scoured the city for this phone. Harmanjeet was the only guy who sold me one. Not only did he guide me in getting screen, camera and phone protector, he also put them on for me. Thanks again.

I had a great experience upgrading my phone. I was greeted upon entering the store and received prompt and clear help. My questions were answered and I left with a new phone and a discount on my bill.

Was originally with a different provider and ready for an upgrade. The other provider was pushy and offering plans I didn’t want. I walked across the mall to Sasktel to see what they had to offer. Nathan was fantastic! Not pushy, answered alllll my questions about different plans / different phones. We will be back to Sasktel to upgrade & loyal customers thanks to his laid back, non pushy, helpful sales personality!

Anthony at Jump in Lawson provided the best customer service i have ever experienced with Jump! He was accommodating, informative and a pleasure to deal with! He got me set up with a beautiful iphone 14, he set my phone up perfectly! All my apps, passwords, even my screensaver! Not only did he go above and beyond setting up my phone he went above and beyond with my trade in and getting my bill all straightened out! Great job Anthony and thank you so much!

Great experience again at jump.ca in Lawson Heights Mall again. Have been going here for years. Soham was helpful and informative. The other staff were calm and helpful with the other customers (there were some that weren’t very friendly).

I was at the mall getting some things and decided to stop by Jump.ca. I was helped by Cynthia and she was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and she answered all my questions. I will definitely be back.

Staff at the Broadway and Preston crossing location had no idea what was going. I've been dealing with them for years. I will not deal with them anymore. I inquired online about my issue and not even a response. Don't deal with these guys for you cellular phone needs.

I stopped in the Lawson Jump.ca location for SaskTel and phone services on a couple occasions and have been very impressed each time with the helpfulness of the team.

The sales executive Soham at Jump.ca is very polite and have very good knowledge about the stuff and really helpful.

This place is helpful to put money on your phone but it would be nice of they have the cord that goes to the phone if you buy from them

I stopped in at the Lawson location and Ria was fabulous she had covered all my questions and showed me many different options to choose from, not to mention all the promotional services that are offered at this time. I recieved a new phone, otter box and screen protector that I am super pleased with. I will definitely be back soon for another purchase and look forward to seeing Ria again! Great job Ria! My experience with the staff of this store rate 10/10. I visited the store 4 times in the last two days securing a new phone, accessories etc. Each time the staff greeted me with a smile and communicated clearly and slowly even though there was a line up out the door. Chris, my advisor, was patient and skilled at problem solving. Dear owner, Please buy them lunch when the Black Friday sale is over. They deserve it. The front desk gal working Thursday Friday November 19 @ 5pm did an exceptional (polite and respectful) job monitoring clients re: Covid guidelines.

Today I was very happy with the service. Soham is very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with my products and contract. I will continue to do business with Jump.ca

I had a phone on hold with my name on it and I went to pick it up the same day I was told its here and when I got to the store, They couldn't find and one person vaguely said, I sold it. Got the phone from somewhere else.

Went to purchase a new phone and was shown all the phones that were available in the brand I wanted also was told about all the discounts available. Chose the plan we wanted and all questions were answered promptly and satisfactory. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience as always. Thanks Chris 10/10

They have a tester Simcard to be able to know if your phone can work on their network without needing to sign up.

He xfered my current phones information pictures and such very smoothly! Everything worked out wonderfully! Thank you so much for everything!

Went in today. Switch wireless service providers. Ported my phone number and got a new SIM card for my wife’s phone. Current COVID safe polices in place. Knew how to get done what i needed and sent me on my way quickly.
Noticed exceptional service that every customer that arrived was greeted quickly And asked how they could be served. All employees gave great service.

I’ve been to this store several times and have never been disappointed. They know what they’re doing in there and are always willing to help, no matter what you need. If I say I don’t need help, they actually leave me alone for a while until I say I need them. It’s great. No negatives.

What a great experience, after going to another SaskTel store and getting 0 service I stopped in here and cannot say enough! Dylan was so helpful, made the switch from Telus painless and we left with an amazing deal! 100% satisfied!

They had no staff and no one was able to help me in a timely manner! Two people who need a lot of attention are in there, and I can’t even pop in and buy something.

Amazing customer service! I am so pleased. I usually get really stressed out when I deal with phone companies but here I was totally stress free. I will always go to this location from now on. Better deals at Jump.ca as well compared to places like Best Buy.

Terrible service, dude serving me spoke extremely quickly and did not slow down when I asked, didn't go over my options and just handed me a phone number to call and waved me away. I had to ask what I was to do with this number because I had missed what he said. I then called the number and it was for ROGERS customers. (That's an oof, coming from a sasktel authorized dealer). I went somewhere else and got far better service. Save yourself some time and don't go here. SIDE NOTE: Not only was the number wrong but he spelled the name of the company it was for wrong too. Brutal.

Awful experience. I got highly pressured into a rip off of a warranty deal and am being massively over charged. Everyone at the store just directs me to someone else and nobody can help. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I was told the manager would be in Tuesday, which was a lie, then I was told he won't be in for another week. I won't be purchasing from Jump.ca ever again
