Good service nd good store all staff member given good service regarding matterss nd all stuff

First time visiting a Jysk. Went looking for pillows. Decent selection. Decent prices. Friendly service. And the selection of other items looked good, though I didn’t spend much time looking at anything else. Would consider shopping here again.

Staff are nice. We pay upfront for a study table w/ bookshelf and a chair for my daughter last Friday (Nov 24) but they out of stock of the study table at that time but the manager’s commitment was that they have a delivery on Tuesday (Nov. 28) so we can pick it up on that day. Upon paying, the manager ask me to scan a card (which lead to survey) and ask me to give them a 5 star review which I did. Now, my husband went to the store today Nov 28 4pm but they said that the study table is not ready (still under the pallets) They are wanting my husband to come back the following day, he said NO because thats their commitment. Instead he waited for 30mins (thats their commitment, again) for them to unload the table! And then my husband comeback after 30mins, and told he need to wait for an hour! What kind of customer service you have?

We would definitely shop here again. We were treated very courteously and in a timely fashion. The store manager was extremely accommodating and listened to our needs and responded appropriately making our experience very pleasurable and satisfactory. All around great service!

Jamie, the hardgoods supervisor is so extremely well knowledged about his department.he was extremely accommodating and even offered to give the last sale price, if you go to jysk on confed ask for Jamie!

Amazing people, went to get a mattress and this guy (i forgot his name, my bad) anyways treated us so good and described how different memory foams and types functioned.overall great service would go again

Staff were wonderful, very helpful and were able to assist me when one of the parts of my sofa was not manufactured correctly! They did everything they could so that I could complete assembly of my sectional and get it done the same day! Definitely will be shopping there again! Was at the Confed location!

Staff is very helpful especially Mr Mohsin and Prabjot. They know how fulfilling the needs of their customers. Great services.

Another JYSK in the west side of town for people.
No so much furniture as another one
It is A lower quality and fast set up for new comers and students.
If you need some interesting and funny stuff for house decorations, lower price and fair quality available for your budget

Wow! New Manager with no sense who can't take a joke at all and he has been manager for a few days. I am blind and asked him about a product and he gave it to me in CM and I said in Inches. He made a smart remark so I said slap you silly as a joke. If you can't joke around be a sad place. He left and would not bother to help a blind person. So much of my furniture came from them. Was spending over $400 but after this I walked out of the store and left everything behind. Told guy at front I will never shop at JYSK again.
If the new manager keeps this up no one will go to the store. I will shop at other places.

Very bad service, furniture received damaged. When I received three tables and one chair, they forgot to give me the table I paid for. Terrible

Manager Shawn was very nice, he helped be bring my purchases out to my car in the rain. All other staff friendly as well.

Very miserable about returns, unfriendly staff and BOB the manager is sarcastic and rude. A lot of their stuff is cheap dollar store junk but they have the prices wayyyyy too high.

I went there to purchase $600 worth of product. The flex program system was down. I called 2 hours later to check and see if it was if. It is a customer line that you call, not the store. I was transfered 3 times, with no introduction to who I was talking to. I finally got ahold of the store manager in Confed, who didn't introduce himself, so I had no idea. He told me to apply online, but they still can't process it anyway. Frustrated with the situation, I will probably just try Walmart before going back to see if they are up and running.

The confederation location is alot bigger than the 8th street store and it's usually much less busy, worth the drive across town. The staff and management were very polite and helping me find the item I was looking for. Some larger items were back ordered for quite some bit but it is worth the wait as it will match my home nicely.

Somewhat affordable but you get what you pay for. Furniture is ok, i bought some bookcases there theyre great. But i also have bought these garden solar lights and two days later they still don't work and i was also double charged for towels. Its also hard to find anyone to help you. So im probably just gonna stick with IKEA.

Super clean and affordable. Their dings and damaged area is okay, I wish they would keep the parts together instead of separating them.

Excellent selection of all you may need for your home at fantastic prices! Great storage containers, shelving units, desks, vanity for makeup etc at half the price and beautiful design and sturdy!

Good place with good deals and lots of unique good quality items. Some staff on the other hand seem like they really don't want to be there. The cashier seemed mad that we interrupted her "phone time" to pay for an item.

Sub par store and it seems like they never have what we want in stock. Very frustrating when flyer sales items are never available. Half the time they don't even know when the next batch of stock will arrive.

Spent $250 on a bedframe and it broke in 3 months. On a separate occasion I asked a worker where I could find a lamp and he said “no” and didn’t bother getting someone who DID know, some useless employees

Didn't get asked if we needed help the entire time also there was way too much stuff on display its crowded. But on the plus side there is always a lot on sale.p. S. I have to add that the quality of ALL Products is great

The items are all great I just wish there are more staff to help u out and answer things I could have went out w a smile on my face with a new item to put in my house but no coz I didn't get any help and not feel welcome

The staff is very professional and friendly but I feel there is way too much on display and the arrangement does not look attractive.

Bought desk, was told 3 times it was coming when it didn't, did not get called once to tell us there was a delay, customer service kept making up arrival dates, because obviously they just didn't know and condescending manager (Bob) tried to tell us how shipping and receiving worked in saskatchewan, took zero responsibilty for his staff and problems with our purchase and pretty much laughed at our problem. Oh yeah and if we didn't get our desk in a few weeks time, he generously offered to give us our money back. No duh! If we don't receive our item that we paid for we should probably get our money back! Wow!

The desk is nice, we got it 3.5 weeks later, just like the other store told us, but I wouldn't buy another thing from this store if they paid me.

Final word: drive across the city, the 8th st store is nicer, the people there know what they are doing and you won't have to deal with Bob the star manager of this store.

Customer service representative called east side location for item. They confirmed they had in stock and would put aside for me, as I was heading over immediately. Drove over during 5 o'clock rush hour traffic only to find out they had NONE! Waste of time and gas! Poor customer service and loss of sales, I had found 7 other items to purchase that were left on the counter! F'em!

Customer service was impeccable! The gentleman helped me find what I was looking for and more! He helped me to the till and helped me take the heavy items to my car. I was very impressed!

We came looking for paintings and some other small furniture and were pleasantly surprised by several things. First, they have a great selection of paintings, probably the best I've seen in Saskatoon for reasonably priced but large home decor paintings. Second, their prices overall are very good. And third, staff was friendly and helpful.
This is our $40 painting mounted in our entrance, 40 x 55 inches.

No service at all. Guy at the counter wouldn't even help. One person actually asked me for help, thinking I worked there.

This store is scam! It says NO TAX all item but the end you still pay for the tax. I just realized when i got home when i checked back my receipt.

Bought some food storage containers and none of the kids fit. They wouldn't exchange because I didn't have the receipt

Forgot about this place, some nice stuff at reasonable prices still. Lucked out years ago and got two huge nice quality wardrobes there. A little cluttered on this last visit with many prices not easily or at all displayed.

A unusual collection of home items at very reasonable prices. A little like Ikea 30-ish years ago when they first hit Canada.

This place is always a mess, but they have cheap prices for most stuff. But it is always hard to find what you are looking for.
