I would like to acknowledge Kal Tire for their fast, convenience, reliable service they provide for most of your mechanical needs. I’ve been going to them for years and they are my number one trusted guys!

Bad attitude, starts blaming the customer for the issue, had to get back to Calgary and needed to get it done. The front desk guy stuck up or high on the plug in freshener. I had already spent $1700 on rear brakes alone in May 2023 @ Kal tire. I released the parking brake, backed out onto street and notice car slowing, got out and checked and found leaking brake fluid, pulled it forward and parked it. 2 stars goes to the mechanics that got me back on the road, thank you, 0 stars for the attitude at the front desk.

When you buy your tires here they rotate and balance them for free! The staff is nice and helpful.

Amazingly fast and reasonably priced services. Were able to fix a tire I had been told was irripairable at another place. Highly reccomend this being your go to!

By far the fastest service I’ve experienced. When I looked and seen my vehicle sitting outside the garage I figured they must be just bringing it in to work on now, to my surprise they were just finishing up. Half hour, maybe less, to get my winters off and summers put on the rim

Dont get your vehicle inspection here. They put wrong details on the paper, and i ask to change it. They said they cant do that. And I need to do a whole new vehicle inspection and have to pay for it.

Decided to check out Kal Tire a few months back when my tire blew up and needed brand new tires for my Truck. They sold me the best tires they had at a price that beat all tire shops in the city, the service was fast, they didnt try to up charge or sell me on anything else. Strictly Business.

Fast forward 2 months to this past week, my suspension went on my same truck. So, I called up Kal Tire and got an appraisal done. They called me up i gave the go ahead and they had my truck done that same day, no up sells, no trying to sell me on this and that. I can't say how happy i am with their service. 5 stars and will return for future services! Good Job Kal Tire crew!

Had an oil change and my engine light checked the other day. They had to order a part from Ford for replacement but everything was done in a quick and professional way. And I had my out of province inspection done last year and they fixed all the issues. I was satisfied with that visit, too. Very convenience service and good pricing. Highly recommended!

Don't go here alone is you're a woman/look like a woman. Not only did the mechanic refuse to safety my vehicle for minor issues, such as a hole in the fabric of my driver seat (that I couldn't even fit a finger in), but he asked me why I had a truck in the first place. I have never seen that level of unprofessionalism or blatant sexism in my life from an autobody shop.

I went to another shop, they fixed the real issues with my truck (added mud flaps), and took care of the safety no problem. Save yourself the trip and $, avoid Kal Tire for any services.

$142+tax for an oil change? I thought they should have a good price but I was wrong. This visit completely destroyed my trust. I will never have my car serviced or buy any tires from Kal Tire.

Bought winter tires for both vehicles got them put on and just put my summer back on. Now there's a tpms sensor that doesn't work and there's a ding in one of my rims that I didn't notice because they were in bags almost like a tire got dropped pulling it off the truck while high up on a lift.
