These guys work their butts off - appreciate the customer service. Things don’t always go as planned but it’s how it’s handled that matters.

Great experience with the folks here, had them unmount my old set and put on new tires. Quick and to the point service for a solid price. Will definitely come back when I need a new set

Thank you Kal tire for doing my offroad trailer on a Saturday afternoon! Let alone a drop in and just calling 1.5 hours before showing up! They work their butts off to accommodate customers. Love the work drive and the service. I was recommended from a local friend to go here and I will be back if I need to pass through on my travels again!

Pulled in for a RV new tire change. Fortunate enough to pull into a an empty bay. The staff are amazing. Came right out and got the change started immediately. Would highly recommend!

After driving through a construction zone, I unknowingly hit a screw. Driving on my flat, I essentially annihilated my entire tire. I drove over to Kal-Tire, and they got me an appointment that day.

The first guy that helped me was very short and borderline rude. It seemed like he just wanted to get out of there and didn't care about my situation at all. He told me I could maybe have a tire next week at best, or it would cost me $550. No other solution was offered. I understood it was Friday, but I have a toddler, and I live out of town. After this guy left, enter Ron.

Ron truly went above and beyond to help me. His problem-solving and customer service saved me so much time, stress, and money! He made a bunch of calls and turned my "it'll happen next week" to " tomorrow morning" to "it'll be done by the end of the day. " I can't say enough good things about this gentleman.

I will definitely be coming back to Kal-Tire as well. I will be recommending my friends and family deal with Ron.

Picked up a nail in my tire so went to Kal Tire on Idyllwild but they couldn't fit me in right away. They topped up my Tire with air and suggested that I go to Kal Tire on Faithful. I phoned ahead and got right in. In and out in 20 minutes and all under the excellent Kal Tire warranty. I've been dealing with Kal Tire for about 40 years in various locations in Alberta and Saskatchewan and have always received excellent service.

Had a strange vibration in my vehicle. They diagnosed it as tires being out of balance. Only charged me to balance 3 of them. That Fixed the problem and only cost me $138

I'm done with Kal Tire; four strikes and you're out. Can't even fix a simple valve stem leak on two separate occasions (one which they caused due to hack installation) for two different vehicles. The one vehicle is brand new, less than 9,000 km's. Goodbye.

48hours after install of brand new tires front left went flat! Went over and things were looked at and amended.
A week later front right was now flat! Went over and that was looked at and amended
Three weeks after install right rear went flat! Had to stop every few towns to ensure we had air at gas stations. Now a full month after install the right rear was flat again so I came in to have it checked and told them to look over all 4; although things are hopefully amended for a third time in a month we'll see what happens. It's Unacceptable I'm wasting my time here when redundancies should be checked before I'm out the first time.

Don't waste your time, money or safety go to Saskatoon wholesale tire or A1 tire and be treated properly.

I had experienced a flat tire 1000k after buying them brand new from another dealer, so I went to kal tire Saskatoon to have it patched. They said it could not be patched due to the size of the hole… instead they sold me a brand new tire ($700 for one). Not a big deal right? Stuff happens not their fault. Well what is their fault is they cleaned up the tire… patched it and sold it back to me as brand new.just finding the patch 2 years later… and these tires have never been touched by anyone else ever … so I would like to thank Kal tire for taking advantage of a customer, great team over there

The staff at Kal Tire are so friendly and knowledgeable. Got me in on a Saturday and stayed after a bit to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive! Can’t thank them enough!

Went there to change out my winter tires on my truck, called in to book an appointment with them Friday at 2: 30pm. When I had called I asked if they had Firestone destination M/T 2 tires and they said yes and we can get those tires on your truck for you. So I show up wait maybe about an hour and they say they are done. I go outside to look at the tire and it’s not the M/T 2 tires but the Firestone destination A/T 2 tires. I said those aren’t the tires I asked for, they said yes it is you asked for the Firestone destination tires. I responded back saying yes I did want the Firestone destination tires but in the M/T 2 tires not the A/T 2 tires. And they told me they can buy them back but at $600 when the total price was about $1800+ all together. Doesn’t sound right having to pay for someone’s mistake, I hope this can be rectified as I had no choice but to pay for the tire and head home to my family. If not I’m not doing business with this place again.

Went here for Nordman tires on my 2019 jetta. I replaced 2 in the fall and recently decided to change the other 2. They were able to track down matching tires and even get me in sooner than expected. Tire rotation was free because I bought my tires there. 2 tires took a little longer than an hour and everyone was super at assuring what I wanted done (rotating the new rears to the front) and checking the wear on my brakes when the wheels were off.
Will go back again when it's time for new tires. Would 100% recommend this location.

Kal tire is the worst please you can go for a flat repair on a commercial truck. It took three hours to fix one flat on my trailer.

I wanted to get my tire put back together after they separated it. Sidewall wasn’t damaged enough for it to be replaced but they won’t put the tire and rim together despite separating it.
