Kind and communicative when I needed prompt help to get me back on the road. I don't live in Regina but would be a regular customer here if I did.

Wasted an entire day off work, never got a call that my quote/car was done. Called myself at the end of the day. Payed for cab rides there and back. Once there was told the parts weren't available for a few days and nothing was done. Have to take another day off work now to fix my car. Got a sorry at least.

I was in to have my winter tires put on the rims and alignment. Website says 1-1.5 hrs wait. I double checked with the manager about time frame and he confirmed.
I was there for 3 hrs, and my appointment was at 7: 30 am, so nobody ahead of me.
All the customers were waiting for a long time. Another customer was there for one tire repair and waited 2 hrs and finally gave up waiting.
Sadly the manager just went into his office and did not come out during the time when the customers were getting upset. Congrats to the assist manager for taking all the heat and responsibility for her customers. In the end they decided not to charge me so that was very nice of them.
I decided to give them another opportunity and called in to ask for a tire change for another vehicle and I was told I would get a call back at the end of the day with an estimate. Never got the call.

Went in at 5: 00 pm with a low tire, they filled it still leaked, well had a puncture on the inside of the wall of the tire, they put my spare on, the next morning sold me a used tire to get me home to put my winter tires on. Fast forward a week back in the city put sensors on my winter tires that day. Can’t thank the staff enough! EVERYONE was so friendly, helpful, This store went above and beyond! Would highly recommend.
