Excellent, knowledgeable and speedy service. Got me back on quickly while I was on a road trip across the prairies.

I have nothing but positive words! I drive from Regina to Weyburn for work the past 7 years and today I had a screw in my tire. They got me in fast and finished quickly. They did an amazing job and customer service was Top Tier! They even set me up with a ride to my office! It was a smooth and easy transaction, I will be using for all my tire needs moving forward! I really want to thank the team at Weyburn's Kal Tire who helped my family out of a bind after we blew a tire out 1 hour into our 30 drive back to Ottawa. They had the right tires in stock and they squeezed us in so that we could have a new set installed and get back on the road quickly. Really friendly and helpful staff and the price was right. Highly recommend this shop!

Did not call as promised when part was in. Scheduled follow-up wheel alignment took 3+ hours, not the 90 minutes promised. We were erroneously charged for the re-alignment because technician did not read the note on our account explaining the follow-up was supposed to be free of charge. Work was not correctly done and caused issues less than 2 weeks later that we are now spending more time and money to resolve. Last place I will ever take my vehicle to have work done.

Last week on my way to the USA after having just changed my wheels myself from winter to summer, I had accidently left a centering spacer on the hub that didn't allow one wheel to seat properly. I knew I needed to take care of the issue quickly because I needed to be over the border and back to pick up US mail before the border closed. I expressed my issue to Kyle at Cal tire and he got me in and out really quickly and being a small job and him being swamped with work he had to get back to, he simply gave me my car back and let me go gratis. This kind of great customer service is greatly appreciated and needs to be awarded in some way. I hope my review helps.

Awesome staff. My shop called ahead indicating eta arrival whst I needed. I showed up and they were taking care of the issue real fast. An hour later I was back o the road

What a great bunch of guys! Very friendly, very efficient. They got this gals car in on a Saturday afternoon to fix a tire when I suddenly got a flat and re-torqued my tires while they had it in their shop. Service plus plus plus! Very happy customer.

Barb, went out of her way to find me an out of stock tire. When the tire was taking a little longer than usual to come she called and informed me that it was still coming not to worry. Great customer service when getting the tire installed on the rim also.

I like the product line that they sell, but the great service from the Weyburn location has earned them a very loyal customer. It is always a pleasure doing business with them.

Very impressed, just needed a retorque, another location has done some front end work and i was traveling. In and out in 10 minutes and service with a smile.

Blew out a tire on a Mustang trying to get home, tried to get it fixed first at Fountain Tire because they have Goodyears, after being told the only option was to wait for the tire to be in, "maybe tomorrow or the next day" or buy 4 new tires. Came to Kal Tire they didn't have the exact match but they matched the tread, ordered that morning and it was in later that afternoon. They even pointed out a place to have breakfast which was really appreciated being 4 hours from home and not familiar with Weyburn.
