Outstanding service. My vehicle was hit from behind and they did excellent quality repair job and friendly professional staff. They did an excellent repair job of my bumper and handled the claim etc with SGI as well as rental. Top notch.

An excellent body shop in Saskatoon. Needed my windshield replaced, Kavia got me booked in quickly, provided a top notch installation and my truck came back to me spotless. Highly recommend.

Drop off was a breeze. Friendly and knowledgeable receptionist. The work was done on time. Pick up was supper easy (they sent an Uber). The car looked fantastic. Super clean inside and out!

We were immediately impressed with Kavia when we walked through the doors. The reception area was clean, neat, and welcoming. The staff made us feel welcome and began the process proficiently. They took care of the details with SGI.
When we picked up the vehicle, it was clean inside and out. We noticed scratches on the exterior we hadn’t seen before but they had photos to show that they had been there. However they took the vehicle back to the shop and polished the scratches so they were no longer visible at no extra charge. If needed I would gladly go back to Kavia!

Kavia is my go to when I need insurance work done. Super friendly and they do amazing work. Highly recommended

Very professional, finished in a timely manner, kept me updated with the progress and communicated very well, cleaned vehicle inside and out and even gave girl guide cookies, which my children (and husband) very much enjoyed. My experience with Kavia was seamless! Jenny got a rental car for me at the last minute and enterprise was there within 3 min! I’ve only taken my car to Kavia for work needed as they are very helpful and knowledgeable and I feel at ease knowing my car will be clean and ready for me to continue my week! Would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Friendly, helpful and very accommodating staff. I was able to drop my vehicle off before the business opened and pick it up late in the evening after returning from a business trip. All papers were handled electronically and the car was ready on time and as promised. Thanks for the great experience!

Repair looks great and we are happy with the repair work done. My quote had changed slightly but I was notified before they began work so communication was good. I would give 5 stars but.and we knew dropping off our car that it was going to take an extra couple days as they were behind but ended up going past the extended date we were given so that was the only issue. Worth the wait as the car looks great, just disappointing as I called the day we were supposed to pick it up to confirm it would be ready as the online tracking had not sent me an update to pick up. When I called, the reception person I spoke with used the same tracking I had access to rather than putting me on hold to actually inquire about the delivery date. Not a huge deal but was a bit disappointed and grateful I did not drive in to get the car and be told no when I arrived.
