The experience was great and more impressive was how soon Keith was readily available to answer questions immediately I send a text or call. Our home literally sold around 48 hours after listing and Keith already educated me on the market and what to expect in terms of offers. Finally, the lawyer Keith referred to help finalized the sale was reasonably priced. The lawyer I was going to use initially for the closing already gave me an absolutely ridiculous bill verbally (I didn't know better, I was going to pay it) until Keith just mentioned it as a passing comment cos he wasn't aware of the huge bill from my supposed lawyer, that he has a lawyer he could refer. Long story short, the bill from Keith referred lawyer was less than half of what the first lawyer bill was (I changed to Keith referred lawyer immediately). The referral from Keith was a no brainer. Keith commission is reasonably too compared to charges by others in the city. Why pay more if you can get Keith's excellent real estate service without breaking the bank? I glad I didn't. I chatted with 3 or so realtor before I settled for Keith. I made a good decision.

Keith helped us sell our home during a time when interest rates were higher and serious buyers were sparse. His upbeat attitude and motivation continued throughout the entire process. Keith possesses excellent communication skills and was very quick to respond to our questions and concerns. His vision to keep the cost as effective as possible is admirable.
