Kelsey was so patient with all of my questions, personable, and made sure I was taken care of during the entire process. We saw so many houses together and she gave me honest opinions about the quality, security and functionality of the homes - in fact, we skipped a few potential ones as she knew it wouldn't be a fit or that there were issues with the home.
When I found a home, she walked me through the entire process, checked in, recommended lawyers/insurance/etc. She made sure it was comfortable and easy - quite a feat given my insane anxiety.
