We had a tight timeline to close on our home and Kevin was more than up to the challenge in getting us a mortgage that fit our situation. There is a high volume of upfront documents needed for a mortgage application but Kevin's assistance and the ability to upload everything as we obtained it made it go by much quicker than we've experienced in the past. Our favourite part of Kevin's service was his communication and availability. Mortgage financing can be stressful and it's not a frequent transaction for us so we really appreciated the ability to promptly and fully have our questions answered.
