Salesman did what he could to provide a vehicle to our liking. Finance was able to crunch some numbers for financing that we were comfortable with.

My truck broke down tried to buy a new one can’t update not put together a deal
The service department took my truck found recalls on it fixed everything and serviced the truck I was really pleased with what they did for me and the cost very reasonable

If I could give a lower star I would.
We requested information, they said morning. No call back no email, zero communication. I called them, the front staff lady was incredibly rude. I was transferred to sales team who didn’t pick up and when the message manager came in my call was disconnected.
Once it was disconnected I called the front. I could hear the lady sigh, and all the background noise and was just immediately put on hold. No hello no apologies just hold music. Didn’t even get a chance to say I was disconnected. Tried again. Nope hold. I said hello and was hung up on. I phoned from MY SONS phone and miraculously oh, she answers. “We are very busy. ” And I said “oh come on now, really? ” And she hung up. I work with customers every day. You just have to communicate. We all understand busy. We can all wait. But don’t hang up and sigh, don’t ignore people. If you’re going to commit than commit
