Went to the drive thru at KFC on 22nd Street, with no one in front of us or waiting behind us, I ordered three chicken sandwiches and I was told to go to the parking lot and wait for order, so we did. I waited, waited and waited it took four employees that I could see 20 minutes to make three chicken sandwiches. As we observed then from the vehicle, they was all paused from their duties with laughter and taking sips of their coffees. We are not against people enjoying themselves at work, but also know there is time for all that, so I went in to get my money back and all of a sudden there was our bag of food just sitting there and he refused to give my money back so I took the order and realized the chicken breast on sandwiches were cold right through. Worst experience at KFC ever. We will never go there again and will drive the extra miles when order drive thru KFC next time.

Worst food I have ever had. The fries are cold and and chicken was recooked and overdone. My dog would not even touch the food. I called and complained but they didn’t care and give me a lame excuse that I was wrong on what I complained about. I will never go back ever again. They refused to refund my money as well. They didn’t care the food made me sick as well.

1# Wait 11/2 hour for food and they told my order never went threw.when i called them and It was paid for. 3# iam female. Not a dude never order from u on 22nd st

Where do I start. Ask for hot/fresh food. Get cold anyway. Gravy is hot or miss. Either disgusting or decent. Always different taste. Waits are horrible. Staff can be down right rude. KFC just is not what it once was.

You would think with over a year of one star reviews the owners of this franchise would work on the quality of food and customer service. 3 times now I’ve had terrible food from this location so I decided to complain directly to KFC Canada, well now I see why they don’t care, never received a reply from KFC’s head office, thumbs down

How come every time I go here at 10: 45 they are closed, even though it says they are open until 11. Thanks

We Oder 10 pieces of chicken and only got 9. It’s a 7 minute drive from from the KFC on 22 st street to our hose. We called the location and he told my wife that everything was cooked fresh and it was impossible that it was cold he argued with her about it finally he said he would give us a credit for fries and two pieces of chicken

Went to the KFC at 1: 30 pm on September/26/22 wasn't busy the 2 girls working were talking away will I was standing there wanting to place a order. After almost 5 minutes of waiting one of the girls came and took my order I had a Zinger combo I had a 2 minute drive back to work to find my Fry's cold and over cooked. I called the restaurant back to complain about the cold Fry's and the lady told me this happens.my sandwich had brown lettuce and was just a bit warm I asked for a refund and she said she would replace or credit me for my Fry's.after a bit more complaining she decided to hang up on me so I contacted a different KFC to get a head office number to call and let them know what happened now I'm waiting for a call back and when I talked to a gentleman in the customer service department I told I just want a refund for my order and that I would NEVER GO BACK THERE TO THE STORE ON 22ND ST again.will follow up when I recieve a call back. I have work as a manager for many years in the restaurant business and couldn't believe the attitude I received from that employee. Customer service is always number 1 and also the customer is the one paying your wage.thx

Went through the drive though. Got home and there’s literally 4 tiny strings of lettuce on my sandwich. Spend $50 and get minimum wadge results

Slowest service in the city, new crown winner. Friend ordered off the app, before 6 other ppl, and even at the 45 min mark, still didn't have his food. Would NOT recommend.

Yesterday evening me and family ordered delivery from the KFC on 22nd, 10 PC with two sides of potato and macaroni salad, gravy and fries. I got sick that night, my family got sick the next day. I don't know if I can ever eat there again.

Ordered from here this evening was the best chicken, gravy and coleslaw I’ve had from KFC in a very long time. It was also delivered piping hot!

Worst KFC in the city. I would prefer chicken from the 8th St.location, but this chicken can taste good after it has been in the fridge for a while.

Slow service, bad customer service. Waited 1hr for delivery when delivery address is 5mins away from the store.

Don't plan to get your food on time with online order. Waited over 20 mins past my pick up time

They will mess up your order and when you tell them it's wrong they will argue it with you. They are rude and have terrible especially the manager. Luckily the one that got my meal right the second time was polite.

Since being panchod owned, these panchods save money by serving days old food. CFIA NEED TO GET IN THERE on these panchods.

Absolutely horrible service, they forgot half of are order we drive 20 min home and only had half of are food, I phoned them the guy was extremely rude I will never go back there

Rude staff, restaurant is dirty, greasy chicken, gravy tasted watered down, fries were cold, guy was preparing chicken with one hand talking on his phone with the other hand! This location is a 0/10, really went down hill quick!

Gave one star because there is no option for zero stars. Paid extra for an all white meat bucket and received a regular bucket. No big deal, it happens. A quick call could fix… NOT! I was initially told the manager was too busy to take my call. Then, after describing the mishap the acting manager did come on the line; however, was unreceptive and rude. Instead of offering to correct the order I was told to eat whatever was delivered. There was no offer to correct the order nor was there an offer to reimburse for the overcharge.

The ABSOLUTE WORST place to order delivery from. Over 2 and a half hours waiting before we just canceled

I go about once a month. But lately it is getting worse and worse. This evenings sandwich was rock hard, and that isn't the first time that happened. I went thru the drive thru at 6pm so not like it was late at night. The kid at the window really didn't want to be there a d it showed.

The employees at this location apparently think it’s funny to add real meat to the plant based orders. That also goes for them not using the actual plant based products In sandwiches

Had an absurd, unexplained wait time this evening, and after our 20+ min wait in the parking lot, our order was incorrect. Maybe it was an off night, but the wrong food in addition to a long wait was not cool.

Kfc manager Alex is very very very bad and misbehaving me I ordered one drink but he is asking get out from here why, tell me the reason iam customer why you not giving me the drink

Never saw my order, credit card was billed and money taken out. But Never delivered

Tried to order drive through last night, first nobody was available there then went to front but the door was locked. It was 40 mins to close. We saw another car on drive through giving order. When tried to order, employees even did not take order, just mentioned what they have and left without asking. We were waiting for reply, and there was another car behind us. When we went to the oder pickup window, he said sorry I went downstairs. We wasted our 30 mins here. So frustrating. Bad service. Never recommed anyone.

I would say stop ordering or eating from this particular store. Literally they are serving stale food to the customer's.

The chicken was grey and soggy & the fries were tough. Waited too long for a pick up order and no one else was there. Wouldn't recommend

Me and the girlfriend got chicken sandwiches with chicken and fries for side the fries wernt even hot the chicken was soggy and seemed as if it was microwaved and to top it off we have both had upset stomaches throughout the rest of the day. Would rate it 0/5 but thats not an option.

Ordered food through the website and wasn’t able to pick up immediately. We called to make sure we could still pick up as we would be there a few minutes after 11 and they said there was no issue, and we could pull right up to the window. We arrived 5 mins after close and they stuck their head out to give it to us, no issues. Really happy with their service and staying open to wait for us.

Ordered 20 hot wings and a large potato salad through the drive through. The service was friendly and we waited our usual 7 minute wait (cook time for wings). Back home to eat and one bite of the potato salad, I was like these potatoes are half raw.what the? The salad also lacked flavour (which is weird becauseit usually has alot of flavor.)
The hot wings were over fried so the meat was tougher, but I was so hungry I didn't want to drive back to wait for another batch that I ate 4. The other 2 people in the house ate the rest.

I am very disappointed with the wings and salad. I don't know if I will go back there any time soon. Sad because that was our usual place to grab KFC once every 2 weeks or so.lately the food has not been good.

P.s. The gravy recipe is thick flour pepper soup. I used to like it back in the day.why did they have to change it? !

The poutine is terrible. The gravy is flour & pepper. Clearly you can taste the flour powder.

Stopped to get a bucket of chicken and 2-2L of Pepsi and they tried to charge us extra for 6 cups with lids and straws NEVER WILL WE EVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE

Terrible chicken. The chicken was old and rubbery and the coating was very greasy. Tasted like it was cooked in very old grease. We won’t get our KFC at this location again. So disappointed.

The lady at the speaker thing ignored me! Had to tell her my order 2-3 minutes after silence again! Was loud in there and my famous chicken burger fell apart BUT. 2 bites in and “hold my kentucky” this review just got 5 stars! Amazing thick chicken!

Chicken burger was fresh, and crispy while the Fries on the other hand could of been fresher as most of them were cold.

I went to pick up dinner for my mom and I tonight which does not happen very often as I live on 2 pt jobs and mom on a pension, we eat out maybe once a month.it was 100% terrible.there were no other sizes of salads (1.99) gravey was lumpy and taste burt/watered down, the fries were dried out and had clearly been under a heat lamp for a long while. I would not feed this meal to my dog never the less anyone else but garbage not even my worst enemy. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Ordered from Uber Eats big box dark meat w/cole slaw (didn't come) and potato salad (inedible -under-cooked potatoes tasted 'off') fries were cold and old, chicken was dry and SALTY! It didn't taste anything like the KFC on Idylwyld or on 8th Street. Popcorn chicken bowl was completely inedible -tried a few bites (bad decision!) taste was 'off' smell wasn't good at all. Very upset stomach since with frequent visits to w/c. Tried to ring restaurant but no answer. Will NEVER order from this location again. Uber Driver was excellent!

Drive through took half hour for 2 meals, they all working on other orders and not drive through.

Soggy, wet and under battered coating on chicken. Mushy chicken. Opposite of fresh. Pepsi was good.

Disorganized, slow, and rude about it.amateur hour at this location.the colonel should give these hammers a dishonorable discharge.
