This location has gone downhill food use to be good now half cooked wrong orders 6th ave kfc the worst in p.a ive been eating here all my life the last yr terrible all people work there cant cook or take a order proper no thanks you to this kfc

KFC - 2223 6th Avenue.

As a local reviewer and a regular delivery driver for KFC, my experiences at this specific location have left much to be desired. On several occasions, I encountered cleanliness issues, including a smelly and sticky floor that raised concerns about hygiene standards. Additionally, the behavior of one of the employees left much to be desired. As a local reviewer and a regular driver, I expected a certain level of respect and professionalism, which was not consistently provided.

On my very first day, I struggled to find the customer at front counter and ended up waiting for 5 minutes without anyone attending to me, despite my attempts to contact the staff. This lack of organization and responsiveness was disappointing and hindered my early experience with the store.

It's my hope that this review reaches the management's attention and encourages them to address these issues. Hygiene and employee conduct are fundamental to providing a positive customer experience. For the sake of customers and delivery drivers alike, I believe improvements in these areas are essential.

I'm looking forward to seeing positive changes at this KFC location in the future.

Co- worker and I had a half hour for lunch so we went to KFC. It's noon hour and nobody was behind the counter. When the woman did come she said that she couldn't take our order because she was waiting for a customer to come back with change. When we pulled up there was nobody in the parking lot. My co-worker then wanted to use the washroom and the same worker said it was only for paying customers. Can't use the washroom cause she won't let us order. So stupid.

Staff was friendly, food was terrible. Everything i had tasted like it sat there since yesterday, then re fried today. Disgusting!

Excellent customer service at this location! We forgot to order gravy and had already paid online. We called and asked if there was any way we could add it on to our order. Staff at KFC were kind enough to send the gravy with our order free of charge.

As always, the food was delicious!

Worst meal EVER! Ordered food and got soggy old fries, black and brown potatoes salad two different colored gravies! One old one rushed new I suppose.
I Spent $11 to get all white meat, only to get it home and find 6 out of 18 pieces, hidden on the bottom were old over cooked drumsticks!

I love KFC and we always order the bucket and macaroni, my friends and me never get tired of the KFC chicken, so fresh and crunchy and juicy

Had KFC for lunch at work and it was fFANTASTIC! Wasn't greasy, fries and salads were top not. My big Jones is their hot wings. Mmmmmmmmm

The food I received through drive thru was inedible and I think dangerous to consume. I will be contacting our local health inspector to follow up with what this restaurant is serving to their patrons.

Very slow service at the drive thru. Very disorganized and get a lot less food for a lot more cost

Ordered two 2piece meals. One box had about 10 fries and only 1 piece. Called to complain about it and lady said "are you sure there was only 1 piece"? Lol uh ya I can count to two but obviously the kitchen staff can't. Drive thru attendant not understanding English very well and also not easy to understand them.

Bad customer service. Fries are always undercooked. Gravy is bland, basically brown tasteless liquid.

Was actually pretty quick getting the food (30), considering it usually takes about 45 minutes each time. Foods good and customer service is great.

Poor service even though i order the food online and its show me the time after 10 minutes but they take one hour for just two burgers

Staff is always sounding and looking grouchy, bad customer service.tbh actually stopped going to the one on 2nd Ave because of this.

Lack of customer servise the servise ppl talk about the customers and they dont give u back your change right they are disrespectfull when they talk to u here at this location i was so disapointed today. Sadd

Staff failed to give us any straws, napkins, forks, or the cookie from a $5 fill up. They were also out of honey mustard, and plum sauce.

I called and talked with Noman, told him what was missing. Noman said he would give me 2 cookies, and 1 Cheesecake for the ordeal.
I get to the window and the cashier eventually hands me 1 single cheesecake. I say "What about the cookies? ".
Apparently Noman said to only give me 1 cheesecake instead 1 cheesecake + 2 cookies.

I asked for a macaroni salad instead and they said they can't. As petty as it sounds, I had to hold up the line to get some cheap cookies from these people.

2 weeks ago, we ordered and the gravy was flavorless, the chicken tasted like flour (not spices), and the fries were cold when they arrived.
Not going back here anymore since Popeyes is a million times better.

Service was prompt and courteous, social distancing in effect, extra sanitizing in full effect, felt safe and comfortable while dining in

Chicken is full of oil every time I've gone hear. Popeyes is much less greasy. Sat in the super slow drive through one day for 17 mins to find out they only accept cash at the drive through. Couldn't pay for my food cuz I only had cards so left with nothing. Staff weren't very nice about it either

Ordered a share bucket and 10 spicy wings. Wings were great the bucket was horrible. Chicken was not crispy, fries were cold and soggy and the popcorn chicken cold and not crispy. Hope they can do better next time

It's fast fresh and delish only downside is no biscuits or cornbread. Almost as good as home style southern fried chicken

I go there to order bucket of chicken and fries every chance I get. Good when you don't have time to cook the chicken.

Pretty good, i just came from there. My Order was messed up slightly, i was supposed to get a upsized frie and it was not, Filipino fella working the drive thru Till hooked me up with a medium frie instead, I left happy.

We were really looking forward to a night out at KFC but were sorely disappointed with the old dry and very greasy chicken and cold greasy fries. What’s going on KFC? ! You used to be so good.

Fast service and idk about the line ups though, it's not that organized when you wait for the food but I know some orders are less than others, but still

Now that the KFC on 6th Ave E is renovated the chicken is much better. Probably because the cooking oil is fresh. We don't do KFC that often but this was a real treat.

KFC as a corporation has been mastering mediocrity for years. This restaurant is hit and miss, though today it was hit.

Not KFC gravy, watered down, gross, couldn’t eat it

KFC is a fun treat. Lots of variety with sides too. I have enjoyed its flavor since I was a kid

Service is prompt with a smile and the food was fresh and tasty! Great selection and moderately inexpensive!

It wasn't a good experience the food was wrong and it took very long, heck I got an entire carton of fries instead of my meal

Its so cold outside and they had their air conditioner on, everybody had on their jackets while eating.

Drive thru was kinda slow waited there for 18 minutes, probably would have been faster if I went inside

Food was good, have had a craving for it for a while. Faye (front staff) was excellent. Service very prompt. Price a little high but manageable. People got served very fast. I'd go back to this store, not sure about the one on 2nd though.
