Worst service ever, They forgot my order
I was waiting 20 mins in the car even after going thru a drive thru the plant based sandwich takes only 7 mins but they took 20 mins that also because I went inside to remind them and they all were laughing and not being apologetic

I do not order chicken very often but it seems k-fry is consistantly getting worse. The chicken always seems under-coated and the fries are terrible. The container for the fries now means they are cold from the five minute drive home. The cole slaw is meh. Time to retire the old colonel cause the chicken sure lacks the excitement from bygone years.

This is why I have stayed away from kfc for years. Always cold food.
I specifically told the lady have not been here forever as my issues with not hot food. Amy exact words I don’t mind waiting I want hot.
I get a barely room temp original chicken sandwich. Way to goI won’t be back and I hope many see this.

Ordered the favorites bucket and got home with no popcorn chicken. Called them up and they admitted someone else got my popcorn chicken and then wanted me to drive back and get mine. I told them they should deliver. Why should I burn my gas because of their screw up. They refused to deliver. Not the first time they have done this. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS KFC AGAIN. I WILL DRiVE TO PRINCE

Went in to the KFC in Stonebridge in Saskatoon at 7: 30 at night half the food we wanted to order could not be made because they said they were cleaning the staff was rude and belligerent towards us. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager I walked out KFC you really need to work on your public relations with this store I don’t think I will go back to the store ever

I was at the drive thur order food, everything is good until I got to the window. Girl at the counter there was rule. We ordered a boneless box with Gravy and two sandwich combo. She is having trouble telling me my meal cost $30.50 instead of keep asking me for money. When we receive our order and went back home gravy is missing

It's KFC! Super quick service, happy sounding staff. Sometimes nothing beats the Colonel!
Not sure if this is a franchise thing or just the location, but, the gravy is no longer the best, and crispy popcorn chicken is hard to get.
But otherwise, tasty quick eats!

$45 order basically inedible (except the fries). Save your money, popeye's is just down the street.

The drive through worker was very rude.she kept interrupting me whenever i was speaking and rushing me when i was the only person in line.

Well. My KFC did not look like KFC. The nameless non nametag wearing cashier did not give me a receipt. Did not attempt to communicate when I did politely asked her about the chicken. She claims when she replied that it has always looked like this. This was the only KFC I ever go to in Saskatoon since they had the best KFC. But now sadly I will never come back.

Food was standard.
Restaurant cleanliness was poor.
The ladies washroom was out of order, so my wife was unable to wash her hands. There was also a staff member sitting on a counter by drive-thru. If this is what we can see, imagine what goes on that we don't see. We will not be back to this store!

Food was ok but service was bad. Got home and noticed the meal we order had no sauce even though it said it was supposed to come with it. Called to ask why and they said WE were supposed to ask for the sauce because they don’t have enough? They told we could come back whenever for the sauce, lol thanks.

Ordered 20 hot wings and asked for hot sauce as well, was told they were out of hot sauce? Also asked for pepper and they had no pepper? Whoever does their ordering needs to get on the ball.

Worst KFC in the city. I’ve ordered online a few times. Show up and they always frantically pack your food like they didn’t expect you to show up. Twice in a row they forget the dipping sauce. Forgotten drinks before as well. So annoying. They need to hire someone to check the bags before they leave the door…. Yikes.

They are lucky they got 1 star. Went in and waited and waited and waited. Never again. Unpleasant people who work there!

Five stars for the fresh and hot chicken every time we go here. Never had any issues about freshness of the food. Though there’s room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness of the dining area but for sure they are catching up after their busy hours.

I went for the Cyber Monday deal 50% off buckets. It was really busy. The chicken was really greasy. More than normal. It was still tasty though.

This was the VERY best KFC chicken I have ever had. In Manitoba where I'm from, it is usually partially or completely wet with grease. This was so flavourful as well. Gravy was made the old fashioned way, using the cracklings from frying the chicken. So nice that sit-in service is offered once again. Keep up the good work #teamkfc.

Wow who ever is working drive through needs to learn patience, the language, and let customers speak to make their orders! That's why we just got the wrong order once again. Said that we pay for what we order and still NEVER GOT WHAT WE ASKED FOR!

Food is fast and fresh. However, it is extremely annoying that KFC changed their 'Original' receipe to now have milk so anyone allergic cant have it. KFC was a safe place for us with that allergy.

My favorite KFC in Saskatoon. As yet they have always got my order right, they're fast, and the chicken is always hot

Fast and efficient service. Food can be a little on and off for quality, but the staff make up for it. Plenty of seating, quick drive thru, and parking is a breeze. Easy to get to.

Order ahead, wait 15 mins, drive there and still wait for 20 mins, have them screw up your basic order and offer another 15 minute wait to make up for it. It wasn’t busy. You get what you pay for, or in this case you don’t get what you paid for. Consistently garbage location.

My wife ordered a 3 pc chicken tender combo, and she had a coupon for $2 off the regular price. The woman rang it up, and it came out to the regular price. She insisted that was the price with the coupon. My wife told her it wasn't, and the woman said her hands are tied, that's what "the system" says the price is. My wife told her that's not the right price, and then the woman got angry and started arguing with my wife. We left at that point, and we'll never return. Not only did we have bad customer service, but I also got the feeling that she was deliberately trying to rip us off. If you make the mistake of going there, make sure you check the price you are charged!

The store is a good stop on the way out of town from Stone Bridge area, depending on the time of day I could be a wait.

New branch and good place to quick bite on fast food. But order takes time sometime, I guess not having enough emplyees.

Went through the drive thru at 7: 05 placed my order and got told 10 mins later to wait at the front and they will bring me my food 25 mins later I went inside and got my food no compensation for the lateness just an apology and the food was soggy and not good at all. Very disappointed and not happy that I paid that much for that kind of service

It took 30 minutes just to place my delivery order online because pages wouldn't load, the website is horrible. The order was finally placed and arrived in good time, but they were out of 7up so they gave me Pepsi, and they were also out of the bread and switched it out for mac n cheese. I'm lactose intolerant. And so I started to eat the chicken breast and found a lung. The texture was absolutely disgusting, I could tell something was wrong as soon as I took a bite. I have a stomach ulcer therefore I'm supposed to eat frequently but I haven't eaten a single thing all day since this experience. I paid around $15 for this meal after delivery and tips and only ate the fries a bit of watery gravy, and some of this horrible chicken breast. I regret ordering from this KFC, and despite having a long history of eating KFC I don't think I will be eating from here ever again. The only good thing about this experience was that the delivery guy was nice and friendly.

I got the double tender sandwich 5 dollar fill up, and watched them put it together in front of me. Very fast service, and the food isn't bad either!

Longest wait times at drive thru, never fails.
Constant forgetfulness of items.
Gravy is water and still had to charge me for a small gravy after 20 min wait.

Worst experience I’ve had at a kfc ever and I don’t usually hold kfc to high standards but there “upsize” had less then the regular size, the fries were stale and old and the gravy was watery.then the chicken sandwich that came with my meal didn’t even have enough mayo to cover a quarter of the top bun.all but one member of staff seemed to not care at all.overall frustrated and will not be returning
