Very nice local KFC near my area, very nicely made KFC chicken compared to the other ones in the city.

We ordered chicken for supper tonight (Aug 22 at 8pm) and the chicken was really greasy and a dark brown color. The coating was soggy and not at all the nice crunchy skin that I like. I don't order often from you guys but when I have it's never been this bad. Really disappointed since we spent over 50.00.

No one in the store in line. Over 10 minutes just to take my other. No hussle working slow talking in a different language the whole time. Didn't understand what any customer wanted couldn't understand their English. Took 6 times telling them what I wanted to order. Had to touch it on their menu. Still wrung in wrong twice then they had get get a second person involved. Currently 2 other people behind me waiting to order also for 10 minutes n they are both in the back talking one doing nothing not even taking an order or making food. Whoever is in charge of this store should be fired not even worth your time walking into this store would be more efficient to drive across the city if you need chicken

If you want to argue with someone about what you want to order, then this is the place for you. Should not ever have an issue getting what I want to order. Especially when it’s my routine order. Was forced to put a star on here but it truly deserves zero stars.

Ordered in for delivery tonite to celebrate an ocassion with family. Food tookt 1.5 hrs to deliver, and was missing the cole slaw (which we were charged for). Not impressed.

I witnessed the KFC worker argue with a costumer that her order was correct when in fact it wasn’t. She belittle the costumer in front of everyone while her coworker stood and twirled his moustache over the food assembly. We waited 25 min and finally left with zero service. 3 other families left. A lot of business was lost because of lack of staff but the kicker was seeing the abuse to the costumer…

I went to this branch today and no one’s at the front taking care for the customers. I tried to making a noise and still no one wants to help me. Maybe I didnt make a noise enough. I went to subway instead because luckily they have a worker available at the front helping customers.

It looks too salty to me. I've seen much better buckets. And preparation time for delivery was too much. Overally not safisfied.

Food was good but the service delivered by the employees seemed like it was evident they were only there for the money. In the fast food and service industry you should try to be customer driven.

Still a few hours before close and it seemed like staff were not wanting to make something that another customer was wanting to order simply cause it seemed like it would just be another thing to deal with and clean at the end of the shift.

Last Friday I ordered online without knowing that they will be closing early because it doesn't show online. I didn't get my order because they said they are already closing. I want my refund but it's been 5 days but they haven't returned it back still. I've been ordering on this location for a longer time and they've been a disappointment.

I was really looking forward to enjoying this meal but KFC IS NOT WHAT IT USE TO BE. In fact my meal was disgusting. The chicken was not crispy, the gravy tasted like water, the biscuit was not baked properly, and my pop was flat. I threw my meal in the garbage. It was a waste of money.

Walk-in, Ordered bucket for 2 to go at 6: 30 (supper time). After 10 minutes waiting they said they had no dark meat and offered all white, or another 12 minute wait. Maybe understaffed, I'm not sure. 25 minutes for a small take-out order during dinner is silly.

The meat, gravy, fries were all surprising great! Been alot of bad luck in Saskatoon.but I'm sure we got pigeon part's no way.or weee tiny baby chickens is possible

We ordered delivery of a 10 piece bucket, fries, gravy, and mac salad last night. I was very disappointed with the chicken. It was on the very edge of being burnt, Ive never seen it like that before. And very, very greasy. It must have been refried after it should have been discarded for sitting there too long. This location was always our favorite, but has been going downhill for a while now. You can't depend on getting good chicken any more. Ugghh!

KFC in Primerose, buy a 10 pieces chicken tenders to much salty we haven't even eat it.

I worked there back in 2019, and all i can say is avoid like the plague.its a few years late, but after getting a letter in the mail from cra telling me they didnt take enough cpp off, i cant not say anything anymore (this issue has been an issue for years before i even started working there, but desperate times call for desperate measures). On top of the tax stuff, there was no sink to wash our hands in, just buckets of water on the floor.the chicken prep baskets were never properly cleaned (i would get told to stop wasting my time trying to clean them) most of the staff did no cleaning and what cleaning was done, may as well not have been done.the chicken wasnt being thrown out after the specified times, i had to do all the prep, cooking, cleaning, put away the new product orders, get the trays from up front etc etc etc with no help in the kitchen, or the lowest possible pay allowed (i was left barely able to walk by then end of the shift every single night for months). I could go on, but i think you get the point.avoid the primrose location at all costs!

Honestly this was our family kfc
The service has become increasingly questionable. Got a bucket of dark meat. Not of or by choice. Was asked if ot was ok. I said not really. The said ok and gave anyways. Was a 1/4 bucket
Fries gross soggy. And the gravy was super runny. Think next round goes to popeyes. Def never back here

Worst food I've ever eaten. Wouldn't redeem coupons, terrible service and by far the slowest location I've ever been to. The chicken was somehow burnt and greasy at the same time

The last time that I went there the chicken was soggy. Tonight I went there and the gravy was watery like a soup and no taste at all.
I don't think that I will ever go there again.

They asked me if I wanted ketchup with my fries. Automatic 5 stars.

KFC rarely does this as they want you to want to pay for gravy ;)

I dont recommend ever going to this kfc! They charged my credit card for 60 dollars for food we didn't receive and I get nothing but the run around when asked to put the money back on my card! I have been waiting months and they continue to tell me it will be refunded. Scammers. Be aware!

Worst kfc in the city. Food is not as good compared to other kfc restaurants, very slow customer service and they close earlier than expected

Chicken well cooked. But not even seasoned properly? The flavour doesn’t even taste like it’s KFC

I have never been disappointed with this location, they are literally serving the best KFC in Saskatchewan.
