Worst customer service! Saltiest fries and tiny nuggets. Never going back to this location. The staffs are always sulky.

Worst service ever I work in the mall and every time I go to this location the service is brutal.i recommend getting new staff as the ones you have clearly hate their job and do not ever interact with the customers.will never go back and will communicate to all mall staff to not give them business

Bad service meal wasn’t prepare properly for the zinger box meal just got bun chicken n sauce small pop long wait time with out it be busy should’ve went to A&W better service and made right

It is very upsetting to find a black facial hair incorporated in with the gravy, I'm funny that way. The kitchen staff should consider hair nets and gloves when preparing food. It begins with caring and respect, something that is expected from the public who keeps your business open.

No chicken? Was offered a wait of 15 mins. I had no time so I chose boneless.no sauce. I went back to ask for gravy, she was sure to charge me.
I don't expect much to be done, it's in a mall so all they have to do is open to be busy. Saw previous posts about no sauce and other menu limited items, still no sauce

Last two times going there such horrible service. Guy at the front obviously doesn’t want to be there. Never have any dipping sauce. It’s filthy

Had a two piece original combo. I have eaten KFC for years and have always enjoyed the chicken and gravy at numerous stores. This particular KFC had exceptionally poor service. Never asked about sides and 'forgot' that the combo came with a drink. The chicken itself didn't even look like KFC. Almost no batter, no crispy fried skin, was bland and had the consistency of boiled/steamed chicken. Will be going to another location to get the taste out of my mouth and the experience out of my brain. Will NEVER be back to this location.

Worst kfc experience Luke warm drink, crispy fries that didn’t taste like kfc fries and the only thing that was alright were the popcorn chicken
