The new improved fries are not much better and the chicken tasted like it was cooked in burnt oil. Ussually its better than it was tonight sad to say

Absolutely horrible. They had a kid running around in the kitchen to start. Then I ordered a chicken burger and there was a bone in it.

Delivery woman was snotty nosed sick coughing on food and being snarky. Public health risk. Will not be eating here. If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would.

Very helpful and polite dispute the location the staff were patient will enjoy our next Tuesday visit: D

Just bad customer service store opens till 10 we are there at 8 pm dine in is close already

Wasn't super long wait in drive thru even during lunch hour. Meal was nice and hot and had zero issues with service

Ordered 3 different meals. Fries were ice cold and obviously made well beforehand. The chicken and burgers were cold as well. Drinks didn't even have ice in them and they forgot 2 items. Worst service e ever DO NOT GO HERE

Drink was 3/4 full and flat the fries were cold and gross would not go back, almost every time something is wrong

Had Such A Great Lunch Thanx to A Giftcard I Received From A Beautiful People In My Neighborhood Man I Love Chicken Skin So Grateful Not Sure My Rubber Chicken Was Impressed

Regular customer. Food is standard but over 50% of the time they screw up the order entry, easy job not sure what the issue is. Put in a self serve option so I can enter in my own order

The staff was so kind and really honest.
Forgot my creditcard and they kept it for me until I picked it up the next day very nice of them.
5 stars for me.

My gift card was not accepted! We arrived like 7ishpm to dine in and the door was locked.they let us in but said its only for take out, although their sign says theyre open til 10pm.

The sign board says its open, when you go there and knock the door. The staff says go to the drive through. Not a friendly staff! I don’t recommend this place at all

Worst kfc I have ever been. Avoid it if you can.just 2 or 3 cars in drive through and you will be waiting 15 to 20 mins for the order even if you order just one item.my question is why they have drive through if they can not handle it.horrible

Better then the hood KFC on Elphinstone.at least the place don't smell like mice fecal matter.like Elphinstone KFC.chicken was great not under or over cooked. I'm go here instead of Elphinstone KFC.
