I ordered on Sunday August 20/23for delivery. I ordered a 4 pc meal plus extras. The delivery was great. I opened my bag to find I didn't get my diet pepsi that comes with the meal. I got 3 pcs of chicken instead of 4. I phoned which took a lot of tries to get a csr and he said he would call me back but he never did. I'm done with ordering from KFC.

The size of the chicken is getting smaller and they should keep or bring back the "twosdays" promotion.

Used drive thru - cashier was sooo helpful while we were trying to figure out the best deal! Happened to be TWOsday and we got 10 pcs of chicken and 2 small salads for under $25!

I sometimes get a plant based sandwich from here and a poutine. By far the best poutine and freshest tasting sandwich out of all of them! Friendly staff too!

Careful when ordering a chicken sandwich from this place they put the whole bone-in chicken into the sandwich so when you bite into it. It is all bone and 5% chicken.waste of 17$

Saw an ad for a Special Price on Extra Crispy Recipe, but upon visiting this location found out that they don't offer this recipe. I then ordered Original Recipe, which was tasty as always. I was VERY PLEASED to find that the Soft Drink Fountain offered DR. PEPPER!

The food that I got was good but make sure you get everything you paid for before you leave

We came here for lunch because i haven't had a fried chicken in a long time.
The restaurant was clean and quiet.
The counter girl was friendly and helpful.
The manager seemed attentive and supportive.
The food was ok.and the portions were crazy small.the "big" crunch was the size of a junior chicken. I left hungry and a little disappointed

Worst chicken ever it was so dry i had to wash it down with a bisquit plus no flavour at all please never order from there what ever you do

Best KFC in Saskatoon a very well run and managed store I always come here if possible because the quality of food here is always great keep up the great job…

I suppose you can think about opening a Halal food outlet at Saskatoon. This is because, in terms of business perspective you would have gained more market share then. Muslim chicken lovers like me are not considered in your customer demography and so we are shifted to other Halal restaurants. I had your chicken meals in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand Halal outlets and I really loved those. Now I want to have such in this Saskatoon please. I just love the original recipe chickens and all those french fries.

Very disrespectful staff to skip and uber drivers, especially the old lady at the store. She is so racist and disrespectful to every non-white people.

I went through the drive through and Ordered the famous chicken sandwich combo was told to pull up to the front as it would be a 15 minute wait to cook the chicken for the sandwich. I was pretty hungry so decided to just eat in the car rather then wait to drive home.it being freshly cooked chicken you’d expect it to be hot but it was barely warm the reason For 3 stars and for the wait. Other than that it was good tasting and very filling as it came with fries, Mac salad and popcorn chicken

What happened? ! Been a while since we tried KFC and it looks like that's over with. The chicken, while hot and cooked well enough, was entirely unspiced. The potato salad also was bland as good be. If this is what KFC has become, may it rest in peace.

Ordered through the online option and the 8th St location took the order. Put the order in before 530pm. Order said arrival would be at 615pm it is now 7pm. The direct line to this location is not an option but the other stores are reachable. Customer service option hangs up on you immediately. Paid alot of money and still no delivery or a solution for this problem. Ordered for my family as I worked late and had no time to cook supper. Now all my children are still hungry with no delivery order. An order which was charged to my card.

Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Trainees at the counter are treated with respect, but helped when needed. The restaurant is clean and even the vegetarian sandwich option is available quickly, even though you are being warned that it will take a few extra minutes.
