The Manger of kfc is the best Manger around. He does a great job of taking care of the kfc. Perfect place to eat and great prices.

Drive Thur is never open to the hours listed, staff is terrible too rushy but the foods good just order is always wrong

Ordered 2 three piece combos, opened the bag and found 2 two piece combo, a few cold fries, chicken tasted like it was cooked hours ago, no salad and one watered down gravy

I ordered a chicken bowl and 2 drumsticks today on Tuesday April 25th. I was charged $17.99? I thought about it as I was driving away and was like " that's not right? " I called back when I got back to work and was told that because i didn't say "2 piece Tuesday" I was automatically charged for special order and not the 2 piece deal. RIP-OFF!

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Not this only, We ordered whole family meal and they just parcel it without asking whether we would like to dine in or take away. When we asked to sit, they made faces and treated us very badly. They didn't like that we had a meal there. We were on a long-distance drive from one province to another and couldn't just take away.

The service was fast however they failed to put the full order in the bag. Will need to double check before leaving the store in future.

Ordered a bucket meal there and ask for only white meat they said ok but there is a extra charge which I'm ok with since I don't care for dark meat. I get back to my place and there was dark meat in there and inwas charged still so I phoned and they told me that I could come back I told them i worked a 12 hr shift and didn't feel like it so they said I would get a credit for next time. Well guess what I go there today and told me there was no credit there and pretty much didn't believe me so won't be back there at all so I went to red barn for this first time and there chicken is 100 times better and that is who I will support since I don't live here but work in the area on a rotation shift. IF YOUR IN THE MOOD FOR CHICKEN GO TO THE RED BARN WAY BETTER CHICKEN

Well this is now the second time I have had a horrible experience in the same week as my order was places at 632pm dye to be delivered by 712 pm and it's now 923 pm no food delivered and after many failed attempts to contact the restaurant and 4 separate calls with kfc Canada I am being left with this matter being refunded back to my card as a resolution for the hole situation however I am having to wait 3 to 5 business days for that refunded. Leaving me still without the food ordered for the family to feed them supper TONIGHT I now have to go without the money while I wait for the refund. Now due to the fact that this is a small town at 9pm there are no longer any restaurants open doing deliveries wich makes this a even more of a inconvenience with a house full of hungry family members and the frustration of having to begin making a meal at 930 pm due to the inconvenience of this now the second time happening in a week. I am very sadly left with a frustrating situation and horrible inconvenience and hardship left to simply just wait for a refund on the money I spent on something that I am not receiving. Yet it came out of the account the date of purchase but because of the inadequate follow threw on this order by kfc I have to go with out the money that came out of my account while this is rectified making this inconvenience drag out longer and much more frustrating and tough for the days to follow. We got there at 8: 30pm and they don't close till 10pm. They had no chicken and it was a 30 minute wait. Pfft!

Great establishment and awesome staff! 99% of staff are amazing except one lady that makes it very unpleasant EVERY TIME I go. There is no need for such blatant rudeness especially when I am nothing but nice and literally a customer.

If I could give no stars I would. I live local and I am always on the go and every time I have come here there is this younger kfc employee who makes mine and my boyfriends time there unpleasant every time even When we go through the drive through there is no reason to be rude every time we go here we are respectful and kind and if this happens again we will not be supporting the business.
