KFC

Food was soggy and rather bland. Mostly disappointed with the staff. I found the staff uninterested and rude. No pleasantries or manners such as "thank you" or "you're welcome". The food is incredibly overpriced for what you get. For the money you spend you expect some courtesy. I will not return.

The staff was very polite and attentive but very untrained as to how to operate. They screwed up 3 people's order within the span of 20 minutes I was there. Also, they had complications with the app and had extreme difficulty transfering my order from the app to their physical cash register. I do not fault the staff but blame KFC and the organization for poor training.

The staff who gave me my order the other day (I wish I remembered her name, she seemed like a manager or supervisor) was exceptionally customer service oriented, that service alone made my experience a good one. I found the food portions to be on the small side, but I appreciate this is a newer restaurant and it appeared alot of the staff were learning. By the looks of it they currently have a great teacher leading them. Will definitely try again.

Great experience with this location of KFC. Had a very large order (400$+) and the workers had it ready in a timely and neatly fashion. Even packed all the food into boxes for us which made things far easier to carry. 10/10 would recommend. Very clean restaurant aswell.

We had to wait for well over 10 minutes for 2 chicken bowls. Because they had to make gravy

Very nice clean restaurant. Food was really good. Had to wait 5 minutes to order because they were preoccupied with the drive thru. We were the only ones in the restaraunt but still waited 5 minutes at the counter to order a few drinks. Maybe put a little bell or something so they can know there is someone waiting

Takes them half an hour to cook a chicken sandwich. When I got my order they forgot my drink and there was a piece of plastic on the sandwich.

A grand opening with swag and free cupcakes.what beats that? How about an appearance by Colonel Sanders? Great job KFC!

I came a little late almost closing time, the service was very nice. The manager is awesome!

Drive through was courteous. Had to wait to get my chicken burger, but I also have to wait at other fast food stores too. Very tasty. Not greasy. And the burger had just the right amount of sauce and seasonings! Soda drink had minimal ice cubes it, which was nice. Also provided ketchup packets for the fries, without having to ask.

Order a variety pack. The order was small, and large fries barely feed three people. Their's were only four chicken tenders in the bucket. All in all small order do not create business. Disappointed.

The workers here are soooo lovely food is amazing & so fast! Such considerate staff they’re so sweet!

Stopped for supper with my grandkids interact had a glitch. Had to wait a bit offered the kids cookies and myself polite kind service I will be back.
