Omg! Used to be so good but now it's tasteless, soggy and literally dripping in oil. You used to be a good place for chicken now.yuck.

They changed the gravy.it's not as good. It's whatever. Almost like typical gravy you can get anywhere. Very disappointing but that's not a reflection on this specific location it's something KFC did themselves at a higher level

The most excellent quality food I've ever had at any KFC! Excellent customer service. If I could give 7 stars I would.

The family that runs this franchise just keeps changing their hours to close earlier and earlier. On a Thursday night, they close at 8 pm. Wouldn't let us order at 7: 30. It doesn't take a half hour to eat a sandwich. I turned around and said if they keep changing their hours to close earlier, why run a restaurant at all? Woman looked shocked then I walked out after having said it. Is it really that shocking? It's a railway town. They've gotta hear it from somebody. Common sense, folks. It's not hard.

Come in at 840pm to pick up some food, as they close at 9pm and they say I can't order any chicken only what they have already made which was wings, and tenders. Was looking to get a 4 peice meal. I thought it meant I could order food until 9pm not the employee rushes out the door at 9pm. I will never spend a dime at this KFC ever again, lost a customer for life and will make sure that I spead the word to not support this business.

Don't forget KFC without us the customer tou will or would not be in business

Your hours are ridiculous 11 to 7 I'm working in the area and don't get in town till 8 or 9 so I can't eat at your restaurant.

They are not set up for online pick-up orders. I prefer contact less ordering as much as possible.

Didnt get order right 2x, didn't tet a d explain the 3rd time ans still didn't give all the order but paid for. Terrible service and they should speak to customers not turn their back and speak in their language. Ingoring is not letting me spend money again!

Not happy got a chicken that was all dried up on the inside and smelled weird will not e returning

Fresh chicken and good gravy for the first time in a while.
Staff could be a little more "outgoing".

They were rude, took a while. And were inconsiderate. I would NOT be returning NOR recommending this place.

Attempted to use a digital coupon on the corporately supported 'Foupon' phone app. The manager said I would be unable to use to use the coupon and would have to print it out (which is not a feature of the app). Have not had this issue at any other KFC, so it was quite disappointing. Food was decent and the staff was friendly enough

Relatively good food. Good value. Service needs works from what i am used to. Turnover time was within reasonable range.

Chicken share meal is different from what the website specifies. The website says it comes with popcorn chicken, fries, and salad. When we went to order our meal in the restaurant, they said it only is popcorn chicken and nothing else. Either correct your webpage or figure out your menu because I just lost $20 when I should've only spent $12. I even called and they said it was only $10.99. Not happy.

The food was great. Hot and fresh. The renovations look great. It has a very nice feel inside. Staff was very friendly.

Exquisite dining for a fraction of the competitions price. Excellent for anniversaries, or a greasy night out with the lads. Their 20 piece chicken buckets are a gift from the almighty himself, tantalizing the taste buds and leaving the soul fulfilled. The relentless pewps that follow the feast are a small price to pay for the glorious satisfaction you will recieve. 10/10 would reccomend

I hadn't been to KFC for a good 10 years, I dont know if it was just this location or if they all have gone down hill. The chicken wasn't crisp it tasted like it had been sitting under lights for hours and was very bland the gravy was some of the worst I have ever had completely flavorless and as I remember it use to be one of their best things. Once ever 10 years is too often, I won't be back, Popeyes chicken is 1000% better.

This KFC in Humboldt is the cleanest restaurant I have seen.employees are washing floors and tables.every table was spotless.great atmosphere.great tasting food and was hot and moist.employees are very friendly and service was terrific.i would definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody and I will stop in there again when I am threw their again

Was charged almost $60 for a 12 piece bucket. Chicken wrap and poutine.
No plates forks ketchup. Not impressed at all

BUFFET DISCONTINUED! We had been here before as our son lives in Humboldt. He had been a lunch time regular. We went today anticipating their lunch buffet and were told that KFC Corporate made them shut it down because it muddied their brand image. Pity - the buffet was always good and had supplemental dishes that elevated this place far beyond a typical “dirty bird” establishment. All KFCs should have strived for the level of quality, service and taste this restaurant used to have. We walked our without ordering today and ate elsewhere.

This is a really good KFC. With KFC some places do it right, and some don't. This one does it right. I've been happy with the original recipe chicken every time. I usually get a bucket, fries, gravy, and sometimes coleslaw and macaroni salad for sides.

The staff are also nice, they are friendly when they great you and handle your order.

Never had trouble with parking, and never had a long wait for food.

Best buffet! KFC and Pizza Hut available from 11 - 1 on weekdays for a very reasonable price. Must try!
