The guy named Farsad went way above and beyond in assisting me and my husband. He is knowledgeable and helps us as much as he can.

I didn't like dealing with this office. The front end clerk was extremely rude and racist. I will never deal with Knight Archer again. Management please train your staff to be nice to customers. That guy only has a job because of customers.

Cant call an actuall location the calls go thru a central switch board so good luck trying to get a hold of your local office on the phone other than that they have exceptional customer service

Really good and fast service. Individual who was attending me with my license renewal (I don’t remember his name) was very nice and respectful. My renewal got done quickly and I got all my questions answered promptly. Would come here again for licensing needs

I had a nightmarish experience recently. I went to them for a conditional registration for a vehicle and they declined saying its not possible and sold me a temporary card. In the next 15 minutes i visited Galon Insurance and they issued conditional registration and also expressed surprise at what Knight Archer had done. I visited Knight Archer next day and complained about it. Dillon assured me seeing the conditional registration that they are at fault and he will speak to his manager. He assured refund of money in 2 days as his manager was away. On Thursday i received a call from Dillon saying his manager and the girl who issued me the temporary card are confident they did not make any mistake and the manager does not need to call me on this. I was disgusted, it was not a matter of some dollars being refunded but the attitude and the high handed behaviour. He said it is the error of SGI on their software and that i should ask SGI for the refund and made me feel that i was not able to communicate my requirement properly the first time to them. HOW is it possible that one issuer can understand my communication and fulfill my requirement while Knight Archer cannot? I felt being a minority i was labelled as someone who could not communicate properly? The way i was treated would have made a difference, a sincere apology without any refund would have done the trick, but irresponsible comments and turning me away was the worst i could have got. They are not worth dealing with. I called another manager at Knight Archer who did not even return my call. GUYS BEWARE, all they want is the money coming in, they can sell whatever you don't need and then turn their back when it is time to show customer service, claims or any care. They care a DAMN.
