As a newcomer to Regina, everything is confusing but going into KnightArcher was a really great decision. Everyone was so kind and patient but Michael was exceptional. Going above and beyond, working hard to get everything set up properly, never losing a smile and even recognizing me immediately the next day when I went in. Excellent service!

Pros a lot of locations and hours to serve you if you need a simply renewal or new plate.

Cons every time you go to deal with your broker for home and auto insurance its an new person who cant help. Impossible to build a relationship.when you call in you get a different person answering the phone and any branch in the city who knows very little as there turn over is even higher on support staff. If you want service i suggest going else were or buying online and save some money.

If you complaint about this and ask to speak to ownership they refuse to take your call.

I had my camper stolen. I have been trying to reach someone for 2 days and no matter when I call, no one picks up. I left a message for my broker too and have not heard a word. This is a very unsettling feeling when I have just had a loss and need insurance help. Your hours is operation say 8 to 8 so why is no one answering your front desk phone?

The Archer Family should be ashamed of themselves for what this business has become. My family has been going to Knight Archer since the days of Gloria Archer dating back to the 90's. As I can see, Im not the only one who feels alone with this opinion. There are multiple recent reviews stating on going issues and they make zero effort to resolve ANY of them.

About a month ago I made a phone call, it rang endlessly. Tried calling back later, again, no answer. Went there, and there were 4 people standing around chatting, and were completely startled by me entering the building. Clearly not doing anything, so why couldnt you answer the phone?

Today, I went for a simple registration renewal for a vehicle. There was one couple being helped, so I stood in line. While standing there I noticed about 5 staff members doing absolutely nothing. This continued for over 10 minutes. Finally after speaking up, someone offered to help. Ive never felt so disrespected in my life and I will not return to this location. Ill be recommending anyone else to do the same. Any other insurance broker will gladly answer your calls, and assist you the moment you enter their building.
