My colleague and I just got off the phone with Kim.she helped us with a plate audit for about 20 minutes! Her patience and customer service was absolutely excellent!

Great staff - professional and helpful. Helped me register two vehicles after we moved from out of province. Went in on a Sunday and there was an issue (on SGI’s end) on one of the registrations. Instead of asking me to come back, staff resolved the issue with SGI when they were open the next business day, and completed the registration virtually so I didn’t have to come back.

Will deal with them again for any license/registration/insurance needs.

I can't say enough about the staff at this SGI issuer! They're simply phenomenal—always responsive and incredibly kind. What stood out to me was their dedication to ensuring I understood every detail; they took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Moreover, when I sought their advice, they went above and beyond, sharing their knowledge and even referring me to the appropriate authorities. Their exceptional service and willingness to assist truly make them stand out. I highly appreciate their efforts and expertise.

Went here for advice on registering vehicles when moving from out of province. Was not informed I had only 6 months to inspect/register my motorcycle without paying PST. Now when trying to register they calculated PST based on what I paid for the bike three years ago, not the proper red book value since it didn’t automatically show up in their system. Their competitor was happy to call SGI and get the red book value, which saved me $200 in PST. I know honest mistakes can happen but they didn’t really seem to care about a) not properly informing me about the timelines for registering out of province vehicles and b) quoting me double the actual PST because they don’t know or don’t care to pick up the phone and get the right red book value from SGI. Skip the headache I went through and go straight to Affinity where they actually seem to care.

DO NOT get a custom plate ordered through them. The lady at the front had absolutely no clue what she was doing. I expect some sort of refund for wasting my time and money. Sent me plates 2 times and they were wrong both times. Absolutely ridiculous

Was here for my ID card. The staff were helpful and polite. Answered all my queries and took the annoyance of taking my picture thrice
Loved my overall experience.

So the next time, for license, insurance or anything that can be done here, I will be here.

Don't use this insurance company if you don't like a one year autopak without the recurring expense yearly being disclosed to you.

My first impression was not good but over the time they have improved their customer service and it’s very good now.

Jiahui Lin and Abdullah provided such an excellent service to us. They are so friendly! Especially for Jiahui Lin, explain every detail of information for various vehicle insurance packages. I could understand every detail of insurance coverage and buy the needed insurance. Recommend going there!

I'm always in the worst mood when something happens that I have to go into knightarcher, but every time I leave going "huh, that wasn't so bad". 5 stars.

Simply.the best in Bridge City. My fav location, hands down the archer is far better than 411 confed COOKE and Circle drives North, Cherry, insurance.

Fast and friendly. There was no lineups and no waiting. Just in and out in minutes. Perfect.
