Knight Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

We started off a bit shaky but all issues were quickly rectified. A miscommunication on my part caused our delay in service and Dustin responded like a manager should- with understanding and action. Couldnt be happier with this team -

Fast and efficient service, go above and beyond to solve issues. Make customers feel appreciated and taken care of. Still good service. Excellent service staff make you feel welcome and appreciated.

I don't like young people who don't even know me call me by my first name. With a good 40 years between us, he is not my peer. We are doing business together, not heading off to the game.
I will pay more to be treated with respect. I'll find a different shop.

This dealership is awesome. They stand behind what they sell. I’ve bought multiple vehicles from these guys and they’ve always taken care of any problem I’ve had. The aftercare is amazing. And Allan, the salesman that I always deal with is a great guy too. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Everytime I call I get the answering machine, fair enough they may be busy, but you leave a message, nothing, leave a message the next day, nothing, leave a third message, finally they return your call after I point out it was my third attempt.

I have always tried to avoid dealing with dealerships when purchasing a vehicle simply because of negative experiences in the past with pushy salesmen. However, this time we did look at some vehicles at standard dodge with Konner as our
salesman. I was very impressed with how helpful Konner was! It was a great experience, he listened to everything we had to say and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want (which seems to often happen) instead he did his best to find exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, we did not end up purchasing a vehicle from him, not for lack of trying though. It just simply was not available on the market at the time (we were looking for a very specific used model). We did however leave with a very good impression and would definitely talk to him (or recommend him to anyone) again when we are looking to buy.

To call the service department at Knight Dodge brutal and unhelpful would be an insult to lazy people. Stay away!

Love our truck but found out a month after we got it that brakes were seized, it needed a whole new suspension, motor mounts. Something Knight dodge should of looked over before selling it. We dealt with Mike Wiebe, he is the most unreliable person I have ever had the chance to meet. I left a review on their FB page after Mike never replied to my email weeks before. I deleted it as Mike contacted me to "make things right" in may 2020 (you know, to give *him another chance*). It's September 30, never heard back from him lmao. I thought I'd leave this review to show how actions do cause alot of complications, sure he won't get a warning or anything but this is my experience.

Justyn and Jay did an excellent job on getting me into my new Jeep. I have always been treated with respect and dignity when I go in there. And it seems like the salesman actually know what they are selling.

I was serviced within 15 minutes. I had to have an upload performed to read the message. The system was reset and I was on my way.

Braiden and Mike were great do deal with when I traded Jeep in and bought a new one. They made the process very easy and were very helpful in picking the Jeep that worked best for me. The service department is always helpful and will made sure everything is looked after!

Recently I got stuck near swift current when my car started driving funny and I had to have it towed to their service center to have someone take a look at it. When I was there I found out my car was completely shot. The framework was falling apart under me and I couldn’t even drive it off the lot, this was slightly complicated because I’m from Washington state USA, was on my own, and everything I owned was in the back of my car. I was in full blown crisis mode. I had no clue what I was going to do. All of the staff was so incredibly helpful and kind to me at this terrible time. The shuttle driver, Lyle made sure I was able to get to and from my hotel to gather my things, the man at the service center desk, came outside to make sure I was okay while I was calling my family telling them what happened and offered any help I needed and the next day even helped me find a near buy scrap yard to call and sell my car to (there was no way this thing was gonna make it back to the U. S with me). The shuttle driver Lyle and his wife even gave me a lift to the nearest airport so I could get home safely to my family. Getting through this situation would’ve been near impossible if it weren’t for the kindness of the staff here. If you go to them, you’re in good hands

The boys who cleaned my car were absolutely amazing and did an awesome job 10/10 Dakotas service was also very good.

We were pleased with the work the service technician did on connecting the power to the cigarette lighter by replacing the fuse. We enjoyed our XM radio all the way home! Thank you and Merry Christmas!

My family was on a cross country vacation when our truck broke down just outside Swift Current Sask. We were towed to the local Chrysler dealership, Knight Dodge Ram.
Although our vehicle was under warranty, we needed a new engine which would take 6 weeks to replace. Not wanting to delay our vacation we opted to purchase a new truck.

The staff at Knight Chrysler could not have been more kind and helpful. They gave us a courtesy vehicle to use while we were in town, located and expedited the delivery of the vehicle we wanted, and gave us a fair trade in value for our old truck. They were so helpful, kind and efficient that on our return trip home, we swung by Swift Current to see the staff again and purchase running boards for our new truck.

Knight Chrysler helped turn a potential vacation disaster into a very much enjoyable experience at their dealership and the town of Swift Current.

Recently purchased a Jeep Grand Caravan, not only was I given an exceptional deal but was treated very well by professional staff that did their best to get me into a vehicle that I wanted. Very good customer service! Thank you for having my new Jeep delivered to me 3 hours from the dealership and for the follow up call a day later to answer any questions I may have had. Will definitely be returning again for my next vehicle purchase!

Service was efficient. I appreciated that the staff looked over my car and gave me estimates on future items that could be repaired on my car but they didn’t press me to do those items immediately. They did recommend an item that should be fixed straightaway and they did the repair quickly and efficiently.

Mike was awesome to deal with. He made the purchase of a vehicle alot less stressful. Highly recommend him.
