Service was done on time and done well. Staff greeted me personally, work to be done was explained beforehand. Quite satisfied with the visit. Like my Santa Fe and plan to buy another one in 4 years.

I recently moved to Moose Jaw and when I went here for maintenance service, they offered to store my all seasons tires for free. The manager was very nice.

In May I purchased a 2023 Santa Fe Ultimate Calligraphy. I'm very pleased with the ongoing excellent after-sales support from the Sales staff, Scott, Rob, and Brett. I've had a couple of issues that they went above and beyond in addressing. This team continues to be very helpful in helping me with the technology in particular, that can be very confusing.
I've noticed some reviews regarding the increased cost of oil changes but it seems to be the same with other dealers. The new normal perhaps.

Everyone was very knowledgeable about all of their products, and was super flexible in the whole process of my sale.
Looked at a 2015 Accent in the morning, made a decision to buy it by 3: 00pm the same day, and was driving away in it by late afternoon.
Cameron their finances guy, was very professional, and knew his job very well, on top of being insanely friendly.
Look forward to my interactions with them in the future, and I'm sure I'll eventually purchase, another vehicle from them again.

We bought a second hand volkswagen tijuan and the dealer insist to get an insurance/extended warranty for it, so when the vehicle comes with any issue in the future, we don’t have to worry about anything as “everything” is covered as explained. Guess what happened within 3 months, the vehicle dashboard warning system started to light up and many problems all of a sudden arise, mind you the vehicle was not even driven out of the province yet mostly only to work. Took the vehicle back to the dealer to fix the problem and found that the problem was not covered by the insurance they insist us to get. They only care about there sales not the customer, they will sell you insurance/vehicle and make you believe “everything” will be covered once any problem arises because you got the insurance, and only to find out you have shell out money because it was not covered. Dishonest and misleading salespeople. Go elsewhere if you want to save yourself from any problems. I would rate, Zero star if that is an option.

Seems as every time I go there for an oil change on my Sonota the price goes up substantially! Started at $60, after about 6 changes it’s not at $160. Comparing with other places in town, the price has not changed that much in two years.

Called into roadside assistance and was not fully covered dealershipnwas to pay difference and set up with roadside and here my vehicle sits for 3 weeks andresponse feom dealer. Qont be.going back there

Will never return. The cost for an oil change has doubled and no where do they indicate the new price. There used to be a sign showing the price for most services - it has been taken down. They also charged 160.00 to tell me they could not find the coolant leak that I know I have - it leaks on my garage floor. It does not appear Jamie is there any longer - which is too bad. Before Jamie the service was very poor and it looks like they have returned to old ways. Very disappointed.

Best Dealer ship I've ever been to. Professional, honest, and they back their product %100 percent. Defiantly going to buy another car from them.
