I really love the place and love the owner. Her and her husband was really nice and accommodating to me. She didn't care if I was a black or not but too care of me.the rooms are beautiful. You deserve a 10 start rating ️

I liked my stay at the motel, I had no where to stay due to the fact that at most hotels only accept credit card, they seemed a bit weird to me but I guess it comes with the neighborhood it costs 277$ for the first night but after its 77$ if you pay before 11am, me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay.

You get what you pay for. Pictures don't match what's advertised. Hard bed. Noisy part of town. No place to sit and eat the meager breakfast. Incredibly outdated.

Even thou they did help me when I needed a place to stay, plus I didnt have my i.ds because I list them for a few days. They treated me very rude. I do not recommend this place to lay your head at.

We got there around 4am so tired from a long drive & another 9 hour drive ahead of us back to the Edmonton area. The old guy that was there was so rude I feel like it was racial profiling because me and my husband and kids are Native. He kept saying things like "Are you drinking" "Are you gonna party" "No one else allowed in the room" etc.at that point I was about to get mad but my husband asked him "is this how you treat all of your customers? " & I also said to him we just got here and we are very tired and have a long drive back to Edmonton. I was going to take our money back and find another room he changed his attitude right away and gave us the room key. The guy needs to change his attitude towards us Natives!

Dirtiest place i ever been to, had bugs in the bed and when i asked the front desk for another room/or clean sheets the front desk was so rude about it.

Would rather sleep on the streets than take another night in this place

Horrible experience would not recommend to anyone the rooms are dirty staff is rude no one at the front desk when needed also the area is unsafe. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS

Nightmarish experience, travelers beware. Paid for room online through a 3rd party booking agent, greeted by unfriendly staff when I arrived at the Knights Inn who asked for a credit card after room was paid in full (however payment was collected with no prompt online that a credit card is a MANDATORY part of their deposit policy). No explanation prior to payment, nor any explanation in person when I arrived.both owners were very unprofessional and unkind to me when I had questions. When I asked how a refund worked, the owner waved his interact machine at me and yelled " Did you pay here? No! "  I left after being treated so coldly.   I am very shocked by how openly rude these 2 owners were directly to my face. I do not reccomend anyone to stay here if you're looking for peace of mind. Travelers BEWARE.

Worse place staff there is so rude baby experience with both of them that I have to deal with and I only stay about 5 hours

Called to get a room, the gentleman was extremely rude and started giving me attitude over nothing. Guess they don’t want any new business. Also, they don’t price match what is listed online, and give you a higher price on the phone, when asked about this, they simply told me “we will see”.
Pretty bad. Accused me of “Harassing him” just cause I questioned the prices online. What a joke. Don’t blame covid if your business fails, it’s all on you bro.

The value was good for the price we paid. Nice room and clean.
Fyi no breakfast during covid19 times.
Wish that would have been communicated on the websites where you book.

I went to check out at 1045am no one at front deck i went back to my room waited till about 1055 still no one in sight not wanting to leave without deposit I waited kept checking front desk till about 3 pm boom someone there they made me pay till 3 then he was rude makes me put my hands on the desk so he can see them makes me look strait ahead or he wasn't giving me my deposit very rude and the room wasn't anybetter stains on the wall toilet dirty carpet not vacuumed

Room was very outdated and smelled of smoke even though we specified non smoking. 2 of the lamps in our room were broken and mold in the bathroom. They accommodated a late check-in which was nice, so we didn't bother to ask for a different room. Not worth the low price.

Lady was friendly checking in, room is about as expected for the value you pay. Perfect for resting up and heading back on the road. I will definitely come back.

Extremly bad experience, very rude and the room smell so bed. Its not a place to rent. Dont wast your money

I have never been thru an experience like the one in this place, we checked in around midnight as it took us long time on the road, I asked if it was possible to have a late check out and she didn't even answer, after 2 times asking the same questions she said to talk with her manager in the morning
Next day, I go quietly to the reception and as soon as I try to answer to the manager (owner I guess) he interrupts saying that check out is at 11,11: 15 max, I try to ask again and he becomes super verbally violent, close the window of the little office on my face and threatened me to call the police because I call out his non existant customer service skills. He kicked me out of the reception with the phone in his hand about to call the police.

I called the police right away as a customer I don't deserve or even need to go thru a situation like this.

Unfortunately the police can't get involved as it is a customer service matter.
Worst experience ever, I started my morning stressed, tell at, threatened for a manager that clearly doesn't know how to be polite.

Please avoid going to this hotel. Pay less sometimes is more expensive. This place is terrible

Checked in this hotel Saturday morning after a 10 hour drive. The man at the front desk was extremely rude to us and asked us to go look for another hotel if we needed a cheap one and was yelling at us. We finally took the room cause we were tired, fridge wasn’t working, there was hair on the sheets, pillow covers were dirty, dirty blanket and there was a naked wire in the bathroom. I got yelled at again for telling the man that the fridge wasn’t working.

Not sure why it's so tough to get them to price match their own website. No breakfast w/ the COVID. Check that your sheets are clean. Overall fair value for the money.

Triple what room should cost and hose you for everything they can. I don't like writing negative reviews but these guys should stay in the loan shark biz.

Very gross place, the whole sink was falling apart and the sink was melting like it was all burnt off the shower light barley worked and it's never been vacuumed in here and the blankets had burn marks and blue stains on them, very gross place.

The staff are not very friendly. I want to feel comfortable where I stay not get yelled at when I want to borrow a fork or spoon. Also a lil smile doesn't hurt. All this shampoo and no conditioner

The daytime manager is EXTREMELY RUDE. I stayed at this property twice. The first time, he hung up the phone on me. When I called back, he said it was because he had a cold. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and decided to stay a second time. Well he never gets any better. He was even more rude during the second stay. (And he didn't have a cold the second time).

Any money that you save by staying at this property, just know that you are saving it on NON HOSPITALITY.

This business does not know how to treat people. And it's likely that their business does not suffer because they are a cheaper place to stay. That is the trade off. Having experienced their non-hospitality twice now, I guarantee that there will not be a third time for me. This business will never see another penny of my money.

I stayed here one night, out of necessity, because a storm prevented me from travelling on Hwy 11.

It's a very sketchy and austere looking hospitality establishment. Just the bare minimum for sleeping guests. It appeared to be in a moribund state.

Had I known of the sketchy associations of this place, I would have chosen to stay elsewhere.

Breakfast was a ripoff, scant amount of cereals and no meat items. Fortunately other great eateries exist nearby.

Parking lot was straight out of a Stephen King novel. Very seedy, very damaged. Definitely don't keep valuables in your car when using this lot. Unsafe.

My recommendation to the owners is to spruce things up a little so that the inn is more pleasant and inviting. The inn is a bit incongruent for the kind of hospitality quality that visitors to this great city expect of it. Right now the whole place just gives off bad vibes when you drive past it.

Very bad place. The hotel representatives are not friendly. Better pay $ 10 more but stay in a more comfortable place.

Never ever stay in this hotel!

I stayed at this hotel on the 23rd of Sep 2019, and they double charged me, three days later, I called them back, ask them to refund me, they refused to do so, and claimed that they never had over charge us, so I had to call my bank to dispute that transaction. The most stupid hotel and owner ever!

Stains all over the carpets, cracked bathtub, and a bathroom counter that literally has holes in it. Front desk was very very rude. Oh and the Wi-Fi is terrible. You think in 2019 you'd have WiFi with a higher bandwidth. Overall just a terrible experience.

I stay there when I came to Canada. The owner of hotel is just disgusting and racist. He tried to manipulate us and use abusive words to us. Though, lady was too good.

Parking lot is torn up pretty bad if you drive anything but a pick up truck. Front desk Staff was great. Football game made the place loud and the fans werent considerate to other guests and also left a horrendous mess for staff to tend. On a non big game weekend im sure it would have earned more stars from me but i was a traveller not a fan i wanted rest and it was hard to acheive under the circumstances. For the price i paid i should have gotten a good sleep as i was in late and out early so i paid for a bed for 7 hours at 160 and couldnt sleep due to other guests

Apparently the cost of the room EITHER includes the tv and one light OR the a.c. Or they shut the power to your room off. NOT RECOMENDED IF YOU HAVE KIDS

This hotel is a joke, booked a room for an employee of mine, he arrives there gets hounded for only having one piece of I’d. Guy tells us we need a 200$ damage deposit, wouldn’t accept a credit card over the phone, claims to not have a pre authorization form, even though we were happy to provide it, then says he can only accept 200$ cash which seems kinda sketchy for a hotel to only accept that form of payment. So we proceed to leave but now we cannot get a refund because we booked it on the same day we tried to check in. He began to become very rude. I’ve stayed at over 1000 hotel locations with work and have never experienced such a low class experience. I rate this 0 stars.
NO ONE should support such a business. BE warned.

The owner of the place is so rude and racist. He talked to me by colour and religion. He was trying to give me a lesson after asking about the breakfast. He was demanding money to me for the service. And the breakfast they called is just a piece of cake and some cereal, no milk. I told him I didn’t ask for room service. Very rudely he gone through my race and religion. Also at midnight I had a baby with me so the lady at the desk filled the boarding form for me and she didn’t asked for the sign. The owner was blaming me for not signing it. His behaviour was ruthless which is not acceptable when you are somewhere paying money to stay. He never smiled or say any greeting. I would never comeback and never recommend someone to get lodged here for even 15 minutes.

You're getting what you pay for on this one. The value is great and I found the staff to be just fine. If you're on a budget and you need a place to stay I'd recommend this hotel.

First off the woman/wife that checked us in was nice. The room was alright. We couldn’t use the A/C or the fuse would blow so we sweated hardcore. The problem was checking out. The husband or whatever he is, tried to not give back the deposit that was put down. Wanted to check the room, when my mom said she would go with him he started to freak out saying she was “special” because he wasn’t gonna check the room. He was just really rude and unprofessional. He finally gave up the deposit back.

Owner seems to be grumpy if he didn't wanted to work why would he open a hotel.

If only I could give less than one star. I had a room booked for three days and when I checked in the manager was so incredibly rude I told him to cancel my reservation. I have never encountered someone in customer service so unbelievably rude. I was trying to ask questions to clarify what he was saying to me and he literally told me to shut up and listen three times. Including once when I was just standing there in silent shock. Room was booked with a credit card and he was demanding a $300 cash deposit. Sure seems like a scam to me. Booked through an independent website and he wanted me to cancel that and book through him directly at the desk for a higher price. Feel free to stay here if you can deal with the management. I'm going elsewhere. Unreal.

Not very clean. Bath tub had dirty ring. Hair in sink & bath tub. Tub filled up when taking a shower and hot water tap screeched. Bed was comfortable. Heat fan was loud when heat kicked on.

What a rude man!
